I got an email last week, I was looking to see if anyone mentioned it here but couldn't find anything. Of course maybe I'm blind...

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that sadly we have taken the decision to cease providing services to Canadian based customers.

If you have any balance left on your gaming account, please create a withdrawal request by Thursday 29th of June, so that we may process this. As from Friday 30th of June, we will close all accounts for customers based in Canada, therefore any withdrawal requests will need to be made manually via Customer Services team.
