Personally, i would give the rep a few more days to answer. If there is no answer at all and also their support/cashier gives you no substantial answer/solution you could try a pab, remember you have 1! shot regarding non accredited casinos, so better wait a bit longer before you waste it, as from what i read in this thread it looks they do pay but maybe sometimes take their time, esspecially with big amounts.
