Woke up in the middle of the night & couldn't get back to sleep so I logged on & tried a couple of new RTG slots that I haven't played before...

First was Nine Realms: Seemed a fairly reasonable game and gave me a lot of big wins (up to x48) in the base game, but I thought I would never get the free-spins as you have to get scatters on reels 3, 4 & 5.
Finally I got them, and the game board opened up to a 5x7 grid, all ways pay = 78,125 ways!
You only get 7 spins, but I hit a couple of big wins & ended up with bet x314

Then I tried Dragon's Gems, which I think is the first RTG slot to have a feature buy (?) and free-spins gamble (?)

It looked a bit dull, so I decided to try the feature buy at the minimum $0.20 stake = $20 to buy.
The first couple were pants, paying less than $1. Then I decided to gamble my 7 spins to 10 which worked first time.

The good thing about the free-spins, is the multiplier (which doubles on every win) doesn't reset after each spin has finished tumbling and can reach a maximum of 2,048 x the normal pay-out!
And that's exactly what I got here.
The last 3 free-spins paid $0 (of course), but still, it does show the game's potential as it would have been a bet x2,618 win if it had triggered "naturally".
I think all my wins were only 3OAKs - but as you can see from the shot of my last win, that can be pretty big!

I've been plugging away at Battle of Bastogne over at 3Dice the last week, the progressive isn't really that big (just coming up to £9K, from memory I've seen it get as high as £17-£18K), but the mini progressive sometimes gets to a few hundred quid and I like to have a pop at that (I have actually won it once too).

Anyway I started last night with a balance of just £95 as it has done a bit of damage over the last week, but this was a decent session. No progressive (either MINI or MAXI) but features were landing regularly, as well as a couple of good 5OAKS in the base game. I had it running solidly for over three hours, and finished with a balance of £200, so more than double my starting position, which isn't bad considering that without a progressive, you've got a slot running at 91.5%! (My high point was £255, when my balance dropped down to £200 I called it a night.) Overall RTP is 96% but the two progressive contributions add up to 4.5% between them.

I'll push my luck with it some more this evening, although TBH I think a bust out is on the cards, as you can see from the Bandicam footage I've gathered over the last nine days (all of this is solely Battle of Bastogne), I've had it running for over 22 hours in the last nine days (!).



Tank on a four scatters trigger (tanks are guaranteed on a four or five scatters trigger, but also occasionally turn up on three scatters too, tanks guarantee a decent(ish) pay), this one finished at 143x.





Top tier 5OAK in the base game with a doubling wild, 180x.



Another four scatters trigger and another decent overall pay, this one finished at 127x.

Just took my 21st of the month VIP match offer at 3Dice, which is a £25 NDB on a 15x WR (so £375 to wager).

My weapon of choice for this bonus is always Gemini (which is, ahem..... 'inspired' by Twin Spin).

Literally on my third spin, this drops in on a 4-reel lock, 259x.

You can see my balance is £24.25p, as this was indeed my third 25p spin

Still got the wagering to do of course, but this puts me in a decent spot.

My finishing balance once wagering was completed is £127.16p, which I could withdraw, but what I will actually do, of course, is throw it at Battle Of Bastogne and definitely for certain this time I can't fail to win the progressive. Well I've been plugging away at it enough, and I have at least now hit the MINI progressive on Battle of Bastogne at 3Dice (for the second time). Alas I also seem to have discovered a 'tell', this happened the first time I won the MINI and I put it down to random chance, but it's now happened again so I think it's definitely a thing.

Look at my autoplayer as the scatters drop in, 104 games remaining, the feature is set to FULL AUTO mode (so it does all the shooting and stuff all by itself), the only thing it stops on is 50x or better AFTER the feature plays out.

So what happens normally is the feature kicks off all by itself, the autoplayer does its thing, and if the pay is less than 50x it just carries on, if it's more than 50x it stops after the feature finishes, as per my configuration of the autoplayer.

The difference here is that it stopped BEFORE the feature started.



So basically it stopped on this screen here, and it wouldn't carry on until I manually clicked on the 'YEAH' button, already I'm thinking, 'Hang on, last time this happened I won the MINI'.



It then shows me the controls screen, again, you never see this when it's in full auto mode. (Because why do you need to, you've told the feature to play itself.)



I can still manually press the 'AUTO-AIM' button to get the feature to play itself, which it does, but now every vehicle it's aiming at has the little crosshair over it, the only time I've seen this before is when I last won the MINI.



So here's the tank, this is rare-ish on a three scatters trigger (I reckon about 1 in 6 or so), but I was already expecting a tank to show up, and honestly, I was expecting it to be a progressive.



And yep, there it is, the MINI progressive.



Round total including the MINI was 435x stake, I'm not complaining about the win (obviously I'd have preferred the MEGA!), but it does look like you can tell in advance if your bonus round will yield a progressive on this game, because that's the second time the bonus round has played out like that now, and it never does that for a normal bonus round, irrespective of whether or not it hits the 50x stop trigger.

Now it's possible 3Dice have done this deliberately because they don't want you to miss a progressive bonus round in case you're out of the room whilst the autoplayer just does the whole thing all by itself, but personally I'd rather not know upfront whether or not a tank kill would yield a progressive.

Less and less places to play nowadays for me. But doing ok at 3dice and holding my own. Doing very well at RTG Limitless, although I have 20k playthorugh and will probably never see a penny of my winnnings. LOL.. but getting tons of nice hits. Hit a random jackpot on Asgard for 146 bucks, and tthen a huge win on an egyptian game. Also doing very well on copy cat fortune.. love Copy Cat Fortune. Also had a big win on Kung Fu Rooster.. only hit two monkeys and gave me 20x fireclaw.
