Hello! Opened an account here because need some help. My account was blocked after withdrawal request. On 28.12.2023 uploaded my paperwork for securety check. And they don't reply anything. Livechat agents say your account iss under review and we don't have time frames for this process.

Will be very grateful if somebody advises how to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Haven't ever heard that account review may take so long.

Have you tried calling them? From my past experience I always found calling them much more helpful than the live chat.

I've never deposited at William hill and haven't really played there for 6+ years, but I once got some free spins from them 6+ years ago and got lucky and withdrew 200 from their casino. I sent them the usual paperwork and thought I'd never hear from them again. About 3 weeks later they paid.

From my experience from them in the past, they seem to be slow as hell, but they did pay in the end. Hope it's the same with you and they're just slow and will pay.

On a side note, no review in the year 2024 should take weeks to complete. I mean we have electric self driving cars nowadays, but some casinos need weeks or months to review some documents. That's just sad. :axeman2:

Not to mention being a load of BS, at least in most cases. We've had cases drag on for months "under review" when it turned out they just couldn't be bothered to do what they needed to do, or didn't want to because the result would make them look bad, or because they were waiting for the player to blow their balance, or ... .

The point being that there are a good many reasons why a casino might do this and almost all of them mysteriously benefit the casino in one way or another. Once in a blue moon it is actually legitimate, but of course that's what all the rest of them are trying to skate by on.

Well, I tried to get in touch with their second opinion team. They replied that want to get certified ID and bank statement. Sent requested on last Thursday. Hope they will reply something.
