All is good. Money was processed and is on the way.
They got me for 600 thereafter.
I have exceeded my limits. Cashing out 8k this week but deposited well over 5000 according to.my online visa bill.

Too much.

Time to trim down my list of casinos.

This is so different than our local casino, easy to lose track.

glad it got sorted out :) best of luck with your online gaming in the future
land based casinos have a lower rtp normally so you have better odds online from a mathematical point of view
rtp is "return to player" land based ones where im from is australia are less than 84% where online it 90% to 98% :)

update flushed on friday so money should be in today ill let you all know the times :)
still happy with my cashout of 35 times my 20 deposit :)
edit 11.42 melb time 12.44pm gmt money received in full :) no issues happy with my experience

I'm obvioulsy out of touch...

Which UK law prevents UK players from playing at this casino ?

Britney: Due to Microgaming Policy and also UK laws, players from the UK are not able to play with us anymore

I did ask Britney herself but she just ignored my chat for about 5 mins before saying

Britney: I don't have any further details to provide

Just thought I'd ask the experts here :)

verification needed again for existing gowild-customers?

I would like to know if players that are already verified at Gowildcasino (documents + e-wallets) will have to go through KYC-verification again on Wildjackpots...?

To be more specific:

- I have an account at Gowildcasino since years ago and my id-documents were accepted years ago, too. (Re-doing this step for Wildjackpots would only need me to send an email, so not that much of a hassle)

- I have used Neteller at Gowildcasino for several deposits + withdrawals. But nowadays i use Paysafecard for close to 100% of my gambling-deposits (mostly because i find it easier to manage my monthly gambling-budget this way / having to leave home to grab another Paysafecard after losing a deposit is inconvenient enough to work as some kind of "tilt-control" for me, compared to just making a few clicks to re-deposit via Neteller).

So would i have to make a verification-deposit at Wildjackpots using Neteller in order to be able to withdraw potential winnings to my Neteller? Or would i be allowed to withdraw to my Neteller after only having used Paysafecard for deposits at Wildjackpots?

i too had to resend docs no issue was same id with a recent bill .you will be able to cash out by the payment thing used for deposit. eg skrill gets payed back to skrill netella back to netella and so on previous deposits at go wild wont matter even if you use one type of payment system then change you still should not have a problem as long as there's no money in or pending on cash out in your account. basic anti laundering rules.

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a nice weekend.

@Takkaone: 1. In case the GoWild account is fully verified, the details registered on the Wild Jackpots account are identical and there are no new cards used on the Wild Jackpots account, there generally won't be a need to go though the KYC procedure again on Wild Jackpots. However, in case our finance department will need any documents or extra details in order to pay a withdrawal, they will contact each player and request them.

2. Players can request a withdrawal only to a payment method that was successfully used for depositing in that casino. So in the case you described you should make a successful deposit with Neteller on Wild Jackpots in order to withdraw with Neteller (you are not required to play that deposit, and you can withdraw it along with your winnings).

@pmhcfc: I believe that Britney was referring to the recent changes made by the UK Gambling Commission. These changes made it so that only casinos with an operating licence from the Gambling Commission can legally accept players from the UK. And since GoWild Malta does not have a UK licence, we cannot accept business from the UK. In case you would like to, you can search for operators with UK licences

I hope that clarifies everything, yet should there be any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,
Gia
