Title: Winner Casino Refuse to Pay?

Just to share some different experience with Winner.

I have requested 2100 USD withdrawal last Tuesday, got the money to my Visa Card this Monday.
I have had account with them since 2010, but rarely played there and no withdrawal until last week.

I was concerned after seeing this thread, but no documents were asked from me (I think I never had KYC check with them) paid after 3 days of pending period.
Happy to hear you are one of the few players they haven't dicked-around

Just make sure you DON'T play any progressive jackpot games there - this is one of the many Playtech casinos where this is a REALLY bad idea.
(They will only pay you $9,000 per month absolute max - even if you hit one of the $1,000,000+ jackpots they have on offer)

I had a similar experience with a diffrent casino they did pay me but after all the bad reviews i've read about them I can say that I was lucky and I haven't played there since.

You where lucky this time but how about next time?

Update, after the N'th time I sent the documents and it being with them for 5 days with no response I emailed again and gave the tracking number again and they responded with

"Dear - -
Thank you for contacting the Winner Casino Customer Service Team.
We received your email concern.

Please be advised that we have already received the document and your account is now updated.

You may now request for a withdrawal so we can proceed on it.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Thank you very much."

My account password is no longer working however and i'm having issues with the reset but at least they have finally verified my documents after untold fees and hassle.

One to avoid unless you happen to have notarised documents already sitting around your house and even then you have to consider if you are happy to send all the information hard copy to the Phillipines.

I'll update when the withdrawal is processed nonetheless

FWIW I've just heard from the Complaints people at Kahnawake that they've had some issues with Winner recently but it seems that the casino has seen the errors of its ways and agreed to cooperate on recent (unspecified) player issues.

The point is that if anyone needs something related to Winner looked into you should PAB here at Casinomeister or contact the Kahnawake Complaints people directly. If you'd like to take the former approach start with the PAB FAQ (here) then proceed to the PAB submissions page, Link Outdated / Removed. If the latter is more appealing go to the Kahnawake Feedback page,

I believe that ANY Playtech casino caught asking for documents to be notarized and sent to the Philippines on the back of an attempted withdrawal should go in the pit. Period. There is no need for it.

FINALLY after months of poor communication, misinformation (we haven't received your docs / we have), unhelpful customer service and untold costs my withdrawal is received.

To second some points in this: ANY casino which in the 21st century is demanding paper documents is to be avoided
The lack of contact to confirm receipt when the documents arrive should also be flagging up something about their internal procedures.
The fact they repeatedly denied receiving the documents each and every time (besides the last) should be ringing further alarm bells, and the poor communication on the issues they faced with the documents is also a further cause for alarm.

I literally would quit gambling if they were the final operator available online as this level of service, communication and forthrightness is by far the worst experience I have ever had related to online gambling.

It took a full 6 months to get paid and I am happy to be paid and had previously been muted in how poorly they were handling every aspect but now I would like to categorically state for anyone who was concerned that I may have been communicating poorly or sending poor quality documents etc; this was not the case - I may have been a bit slow but I did my best to meet everyone of their requests at my earliest convenience and Winner's communication the entire time was non-existent or abysmally poor.

So happy to have this done but please others - learn from my mistakes.
