Hey Erik,

Been a few days now, so wondered if you have a response to my dilemma via pm? I know you may not be relying on my business, but in all honesty, I would have deposited a fair amount at Thrills and Superlenny over the past 2 weeks if not for this issue.

I know you're probably swamped with the BOF and other customers atm, but it would be awesome for both of us if we could finally resolve this so I can get back to being the good little loyal player I once was, lol.

I know you've been trying to sort it out, and I appreciate your efforts thus far, however I'm hoping we can keep trying and not throw it in the too hard basket just yet. ;)

Played at thrills :) - when they just opened.
Verified in about 20 mins, got paid in about 20 mins.
Have no idea why i am not play again, probably because i am almost never get any bonus offer to my email. During couple of month - only 2-3.

Pretty much same reason as myself, low rollers like me need a bonus!! :p

They actually had nice offers at least what i know off like deposit this and that and get wager free, free spins..

That was before christmas though.


And know i am just waiting for my 1 week waiting period to get my account back from personally closing it for playing to much^^
 
They had interesting race-promotions where you can discover treasure-chests with bonus money for triggering bonus-rounds in certain games (last game was Gonzo's Quest). You can earn 2x multiplier so that 1 bonus round gives you 2 entries for the race. I really enjoyed that. I got 25€ (bonus-money) out of that. Really creative.

Also their website looks absolutely awesome after the relaunch a couple of weeks ago.

Only little drawback are the occasional technical difficulties. I had some game crashes and 1 payment could somehow now being processed with Skrill (I switched to a different payment method). Nevertheless the withdrawals I requested were payed in a couple of hours.

The treasure-chests you can collect in their current race-promotion contain bonus-money. The free spins are actually wager-free.

Ok then I guess we have different promotions because I can get totally 200 free spins from my chests, and they are wager free.

Impossible to use any of the deposit options
Even my Canadian visa which allows online gaming was refused.

Read that a prepaid vanilla MasterCard may work but a player would lose a percentage in exchange fees (from another site).

All other options are not possible. UKASH procesees payments in U.S. dollars making a Canadian UKASH ticket useless, paysafe returns an error quoting "visit the paysafe website".

Neteller no longer allows online gaming transactions from Canada and their master card will not work as well (from another site)

For Canadians, thrills casino is not user friendly.

Yes its correct that different players can have difference prizes n the Bonus-O-meter, and its based on your minimum bet setting. Once you have started the promo you cannot change, but prior you can contact support and have them update it for you.

I sometimes get the "it's been a while" emails offering me a bonus to come back, even though Irish players have been bonus banned for a good while now. So far they always honoured their offers, and to be fair the terms state "not allowed to get bonuses unless stated otherwise".

So without going to livechat again, if I get the offer in the mail, can I go and deposit without running into any kind of hassle?

Have you looked if they are there? If they are you should get them.

If it's not free spins of course. I never get them even though I am eligible ;)

Yes, I can see it there. Just being careful, I don't want to get credited with a bonus by mistake (even though I am almost sure that Thrills would honour it). Better safe than sorry, I say ;)

I remember signing up to the casino and making my 1st deposit just to find out that IE players aren't eligible. Well, I was lucky then, deposited €100, withdraw almost €2000.

Recently I took couple of bonuses there (match and free spins), but I wasn't lucky enough with them.

The only reference I could find was a play safe section at the bottom of the page, but the read more link just took you to their terms and conditions. But then again, I suppose making it easy to place restrictions isn't in the casino's interests.

In their terms and conditions, there is a Responsible gaming section, where you were taken to. In there it is another link that takes you to were you can set limits.
I just tried and it does work but not like it says in the rules that it should do, but at least for deposit limits.

Erik you need to fix this. If you say you offer something you should do that, and it should be really easy to find. This wasn't.
Besides I don't understand why there are links to help organizations in UK for Swedish people. They should of course get the Swedish addresses. There are a lot of help in Sweden if people needs it.

Not a heavy depositor but maybe the lack of mails is the reason why you don't see a little 'more action' from me / my account?

Yes, this is bad. I checked this and there is a false link. You can access them in a more roundabout way. You can set deposit limits, but this should be made far more straightforward and easy to find. There should be a direct panel available from 'my account' or similar like most other accredited site do. You should also have 'take a break' options plus loss limits if possible.

Thank you for your feedback. As previously stated you are by clicking the “Play Safe” section re-directed to the part of our Terms of Conditions handling limits. You are able to set the below limits yourself directly from that link:
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly deposit limits.
- Self exclusion for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

We are looking to implement a UI for the Loss, Wager and Session limits shortly to also make them available directly to you as a player. In the meantime our Support team would gladly assist you in setting these limits for you.

With regards to the placement of the link to the limit pages we think it is prominent enough. The link is available via the Footer on all pages and is listed along with all other useful information such as the licenses etc. We have hundreds of players who find their way to put these limits on their own each month. The feedback is noted and we’ll put our ears to the ground to see if we get more contacts regarding the placement, if so we’ll revise the positioning.
