Now I've dipped my toes into the Rival waters I'm seeing bonus 'offers' of the likes I've never seen before, and my initial reaction has been.....
Well my initial reaction has generally been very rude so I won't repeat it here, but then I've got to thinking, hang on, if I'm just after loads of play time, maybe this isn't such a bad idea?
Case in point is this one at Tropica (screenshot below).
I deposit £100, I get a 1777% match bonus (!!!!!), to give me a bankroll of £1877 with a WR of 65xD+B which is so far off achievable I am effectively setting fire to the £100 as soon as I deposit it - but by crikey that's some serious play time!
(It's almost like free play BUT at the back of my mind I'll know it's a real cash deposit with the outside chance of winning some real money, I mean TBH I expect to lose anyway whenever I deposit at any casino. I only ever deposit money I'm happy to lose and basically write it off as I do so, be it with a bonus or otherwise. When I deposit into a casino my default mental state is 'that money's gone, what I'm paying for is entertainment'.)
A massive bankroll to try out all the slots to my heart's content, see all the bonus rounds, get a few big hits here and there, and then inevitably bust out loooong before I meet the WR - but that kind of bankroll will keep a low-roller like me busy for a week or more. (I don't sit at my PC 24/7 playing slots BTW I go to work Monday-Friday and spend time with my family and we go out at the weekends and all that normal stuff, but Mrs Chopley and Chopley Jnr are usually asleep in bed by around 10-11pm and I'm generally up until around 1am on a normal night, 2-4am at the weekends (I don't need that much sleep), so I do have quite a bit of 'downtime' to do stuff of my choosing, and I do like my online slots.)
Would any of you take on a near certain-death WR like this, just for the shits and giggles of having such a big bankroll to mess around with?
