Spinomenal Grand Spring Tournament - not paid out yet

I played Spinomenals Grand Spring Festival Tournament on winz.io casino. I finished 2nd on round II, and 1st on round 3. The tournament ended on 2nd May. On their terms the operator is responsible for paying the winning in no more then 72 hours after tournament ended. Today it is more then 72 hours and still nothing. I asked the casino support for info and they say they are waiting for the provider to confirm. You can see the results on Spinomenal spinomenal.com Site in game news as final results and i don't see why am not receiving the price winnings.

Man the tournament was 1 month i spend nights without sleep and had some lucky wins to keep my nalance up, was so happy but also dissatisfied and dissapointed right now
