Spin Fever, the best night but the worst morning

I had a bonus bet with spinfever.com last night for $500AUD and I turned it into $74,000AUD+. This was done by hitting a lucky spin on the bonus and then completing the wager and then betting $30AUD+ to run the balance up a lot.

This was such an amazing moment as I have never had a run anything like this before!

I uploaded my KYC which is all legitimate and withdrew some.

I woke up this morning and my account is at $0 and all withdrawals are rejected.

I spoke to support and they said I broke the max bet when I could only bet was $8AUD max on all the games (it wouldn’t let me bet higher). I also did not buy any bonuses..

I later asked and this was 5€ which works out to $8.40AUD which I couldn’t possibly do because the bet was $8AUD on the BGamimg games I was playing.

I have dealt with shady casinos before that don’t let you withdraw for some time but never have I had this happen.

Please help!

As you will know from reading the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures -- you did declare in youe PAB that you had done so -- posting about your issue on the forums while you have an active PAB isn't kosher. You'll have to chose between more posting OR the PAB, you can't have both. Let us know in your PAB what you decide.

FYI Spin Fever is a DAMA NV property so we should be able to get your issue settled fairly promptly.
