Rushmore is really draggggging its feet when it comes to my withdraw submitted on the 6th of Nov, they stated they need my bank information (which they have on file) from my last deposit. So of course I resent it. On the 11th on Nov I received email stating everything has been approved, excepted, and processed, should be in my account 6*10 bus days. On the 23rd I received email to advise me that they require a SWIFT code due to changing processors. So of course I called my bank does not have a Swift code so they requested that I get hold of family member with a bank that does have one. I did have to provide them with all of my daughters banking info (which needless to say she is not happy about) I was told it would prob take about another week but they will try to push through. Try to do follow up on Friday. Which I did and chat says did u get email on 23rd they need your swift code.. omg REALLY
Someone really needs to get on this "just saying"
