Little dilemma here guys. What to do?

I won 4.45€ in free spins. Which some luck I made that 119€.
Now in order to withdraw I have to deposit. Also I have to wager the 4.45 * 35 = 155€
Only cash balance counts toward wagering.

So what would you do, play a bit more, have some fun hoping to increase the balance with the risk losing it or
deposit and hope to complete the wagering with the cash balance.

I rarely withdraw below 100€ so I am inclined to just play on, hoping to get to 300 or so and then complete wagering with deposits.

That's a tough one. If you are strong enough to not make higher bets and to cash out when you should I would go for trying to deposit now.
Remember they pay faster now when your account is verified.

I was in the same position this week here. You have 119. you need to achieve 155 in play through. 155- 119 leaves 36. So all you need to deposit in the very worst case possible ( impossible really) is to deposit 36 to break even. You are on to a winner as long as the RTP is even moderate.
Be sure not to run out of real money for wagering and start eating into the bonus money and you really can not lose.

So had 155€ to clear and a balance of 119€

I deposited 30€ and after wagering 75€ I was back at 119€
Deposited 30€ again and completed wagering at 210€

So the free spins resulted in net win of 210-60=150€

And yes I cashed out!!!!!

Do you not have similar issues on the same games in other online casinos? Most games you can also set the quality of the game lower, to allow it to run more smoothly on older computers.

If you can let me know which computer and browser you are using, I can have our technical team have a look at it for you if you want.

i have Win7 on a older desktop pc. usually i use Opera and sometime Google Chrome but it has
nothing to do with Opera.
currently some online casino websites run fluent without any problem (verajohn, Redbet, Casinoluck, ) and other seem to require new technology ( royalpanda, betsson, betsafe, new Maria Casino, .. ) .

i think the only chance to solve this problem is to invest into a new desktop pc.
( so i will do this in the couple of next time and then i can come back to tell you how it works. )

Yep great outfit Royal Panda. Straight up on everything. Got a email this morning saying 90p had been locked in a slot I was playing and they had released the funds back to my account.
Its not the amount as I didnt even notice but the fact they tracked this and set it right. Shows they are 100% transparent.

Wouldnt really know about that if it stays revervsible or not as I never reverse. I do agree though such practice is the devils spawn and should be eradicated like a bacillus

But withdraws I have had with RP in the past have been within 12 hours or so - so not a long hold time. Been a while maybe they quicker now dont know. But kudos if they have no pending time maybe the Rep can confirm that here ?

We don't have a pending time, we try to process every withdrawal as soon as possible. Until the withdrawal is processed, a player does have the option to cancel the withdrawal though. During the day, this should only be a couple of hours at most (often within the hour lately!).

It's based on usernames.. Unfortunately the username goatwack is set to 5% RTP by default, we have no way to change this .

Before anyone takes it serious, no there isn't any way to change RTP for anyone
