New RTG - Lock Casino

Join the club Jelsmith, wel over 20 deposits, no win, no cashout. I said it before but i think i mean it this time, im done done with luck. I can see them going the way of buzzluck. Some companies just never learn


My first dep i took locknload and i beat the crap outta the machines i hit over 2500 on t-rex....i withdrew 1k.....which came fine and dandy......now i cant hit much of anything....i bet like 2 or 2.5 on most games....i hit a small one on the tornado game a couple days ago but it wasnt worth cashing.....im not sure whats up....but i cant win jack :eek2:
 
Never even got close to a win with several deposits here. Hit, hit, hit in the beginning w/ bonus and then they turn the switch to OFF can't even get a winning line combo:(
 
Guess I have been very lucky then until now, lots of playtime for my deposits and after hitting 5 scatters on Mystic Dragon I'm even ahead now.

Whats annoying is that the lobby gets all blurred sometimes, hard to select a game when you cannot see which one is what.
Sometimes the lobby just crashes, have to exit using the taskmanager.
And still no EXIT button..
 
Got a 25 b-day bonus, max c/o 50. Worked it up to over 400 on .25 slot spins. Received money in 12 hours. Sad there was a max c/o but it was nice to get free money.:)

Even before Lock was a Baptism By Fire I was so impressed and I bragged and bragged on it. I cashed in a couple of times and then BOOM....downhill it went. I deposited many, many times and I would play high, I would play low, and it just didn't matter, I could not do anything. I too asked about the VIP program for a long time and nothing was said or done. I wish the casino would go back and look at the ones that promoted and stuck by them for so long and allow that to go towards the VIP program. And you know...once in awhile a free chip might be nice (for the faithful ones). Did anyone notice that at the beginning the players comp points mounted up and then now it seems it was changed and it doesn't build up at all. I use to play there almost every night but it has been awhile since I have played there. :(
 
In no, way, shape, or form am I attempting to distort the truth. This is not the person I am and do not want that reputation. I have reviewed what I posted and can see where it could be viewed as vague and over exaggerated, specifically the statement "my experience wasnt too good." This statement is vague because it can be viewed as the overall experience. If i think about my experience the the overall experience was heavily better than bad, and what i mean by that is the most important things were met with satisfaction such as their customer service and cashout. As a matter of fact during my cashout i was keeping everyone updated on multiple forums as to the process to illustrate how it went. I was paid special attention to by multiple people of Lock. My issue arouse later on as I was looking for more special attention and I was not receiving it to my satisfaction. I did write in the above post that I am being picky. Which is a pretty good way to describe what I am being with my issue. I did not write the post clearly enough to mirror what is going thru my mind, and if i thought hard enough to clearly map out my thoughts I probably would have decided not to even post anything and just take any issues up with Lock personally. And just to make sure I am clear enough in this post, here is an analogy--- I go into a nice restaurant order a steak medium. Everything is going fine at the restaurant except my steak is just a little too overcooked. Do I cause a scene about the steak a little over done for MY TASTE? Probably not. I will politley ask the waiter to have it fixed. So in conclusion I have made it seem like there was a cockroach on my steak, and that was not the case. I do retract the statement of "my experience wasnt too good".




If u asked for medium and its a little overdone....there is very little a waiter can do about...:D

have played at lock for a long while, and also used to do okay, nothing amazing but a good play for the money, and some reasonable hits, again nothing to write home about, but if I can get that good play, and maybe head to the cashier now and then Im happy.

Sadly that has changed, I actually dont remember the last time I got a bonus round, or at least one over 10 x my bet.

All that aside I think the little things that disturbed me, was that the randoms never moved far there is one game sunken treasure, that Im sure has not budged more than $20 in the last month, I find that odd.

The other thing is there constant changing of things, most of the time you only discover the changes by pure accident. I did notice the comp points had changed, and the latest change Ive seen is the liquid lunch and mimosa bonus,

liquid lunch was (by memory) a 50%, 75% and 100%, and you could take them all in any order once, now you have to take the 50% to get the 75%, and then the 75% to get the 100%.

Same with the weekend mimosa, first it was 3 x 150% anytime over the weekend, then it was 150% on Fri, on Sat and on Sun, now it is 50% 75% 100% 150% again in order.

The last time I looked, there was nothing in the rules to suggest this, in fact the 100% one is not in there at all and so I asked support, she said yes they have been changed they are now subsequent, I said it would be helpful to put that information in the bonus terms, she said she would pass on my suggestion to the promotions team, ummm im sorry Duhhhh:what:, get the terms and rules reading right.

The only way to actually know this is for you to try and redeem one, and it tells you, you have to redeem this one first, and if your lucky when you go to redeem that one, it again pops another one in and tells you, you have to redeem that first.:eek2: Its kind of a fun exercise to go through if you have nothing better to do...not!

Dont get me wrong Im fine with change, and understand it, but Lock sure have changed everything constantly over and over since they started, Im sure any player that plays there often will know what I mean. For now im on holiday from them.

Geesh and how many times do we hear this same scenario for pretty much all RTG's, especially when they first come out. The play is hot hot hot, when they are reeling in players as they stampede to this new casino that is super loose or fair playing, then the party is over and it reverts to the same play you will find at every RTG casino out there.
Honestly there is not one RTG or Rival that excites me anymore, I am simply tired of supporting their lifestyles.

hello, lock arnt tha bad realy im too having the same problems as above, the only real thing i will have a good moan about is the vip bit , ive spent some monies in there & only now do they have the vip up & running i should think that they should look at previous play history deposits etc etc & push you to whatever level on vip you are as theyve hung around telling people its on it way just after xmas if i remember correctly , think this would be fair to all players that have been then on & off for a while , so maybe (elka) could shed some light on this subject, at least it will keep some players happy ) i got vip at 2 other scasinos & they reward very very well indeed without me even having to deposit any funds , but i do always go there & spend some more so keeping players happy does work )
 
well my experience with lock upto now has been very good

my 1st withdrawal was slightly hindered with security checks showing multiple accounts from my IP(to which i have no idea about) this was quickly sorted out by the security team and my withdrawal was process and payed withing 36 hrs

my second withdrawal was payed in less than 18 hrs which im very impressed with

all in all im enjoying my time there at the moment

Well done to the fact you could actualy GET a withdrawal from this casino.
I installed, closed and deleted my account here days ago. Im done with this casino.
 
Im really upset about the VIP program.... I asked about it for a couple months and was always told it was coming but dates always got changed...:mad: now yesterday i logged in and 0 vip points....i pmd elka, and emailed Jane at Lock.....both responded....Jane said the techs had to fix my account....so idk i guess something was wrong with it.....I see the points now.....anyway i got my play and dep totals from Elka.....and wouldnt you know in the month of March i have 850.00 in deps.....so im 150.00 away from hitting VIP THIS month.....the thing that ticks me off here is that I had been asking about the program for months and was told this and that and nothing happened.....I made lots of deps in Feb as well....and I sincerely feel that since this is the first month for VIP that they should at minimum take FEB and perhaps JAN into account as well. It only seems fair to me to do it this way because a lot of us supported them while they kept putting us off on the VIP plan.:mad:

hello jelsmith , same here 0 vip points because its not working ,dont know how many deposits since i first opened the account but i have closed it a couple of times & reopened it ,but it should realy date back to when you first opened the account in any case as some players have been waiting more than a few months for this vip , i havnt contacted elka or support about it as of yet but did post earlier in this thread on here, asking elka for some more info on back dating the vip to players who have been there a while , so im awaiting here to see whats going to happen if anything, so maybe elka will see the ongoing thread & send us a e mail or apply it to the thread.:thumbsup:

Email Jane@lockcasino.com she can fix the vip point counter or at least mine was fixed....but it only counts in March.....:(
 
I noticed that they changed alot of terms on their bonuses. They all now have 25x playthroughs and max cashouts. Even the locknload bonus is no longer cashable.

Were people winning that much here that they had to make these changes? I find that hard to believe considering some of the absolutely brutal sessions that I've had.

Im not saying gimme gimme:p.....but....I dont like being told that "you will recieve your VIP email by the end of this week" about 10 times over 3 months either....I would probably not have continued to deposit if I knew this is how it was gonna work out.....I gave them a fair shake I was still depositing even after being told time after time that i would get the email that week and getting nothing (shame on me)....Im just saying i continued to deposit in hopes that the VIP plan would be as good if not better than the ones I have at other RTG casinos. To me it was just not cool of them to keep telling players "you will get your VIP email this week" when in fact that was not the case. As of last week I was told by Elle that I will make sure you get your VIP email.......I still have not gotten one as of today. I dont dislike Lock at all....I just have an issue with this particular thing.....overall everything else is PRIMO:D

hi maxd ,i hear what your saying which is fair to a point , but a casino should at least try to walk before they can start running , the message regarding vip has been over 3 months , from info ive had, that was the point in bringing it up, maybe a learning curve for lock casino not to tell people that vip is on its way but only to differ from point people was told, maybe they should of not told anyone about the vip until they had it set up.

Don't get me wrong- I don't think that Lock is a bad casino at all. In fact, I think that they are far, far from it. I think that they should definitely be an accredited casino and would recommend them to anyone.

I just think that they are changing too many of things that made them stand out from the other reputable RTGs (specifically their bonuses).

When Lock first came out I thought that they would eventually be the BEST RTG casino. Now it seems like they will just be another one of the good ones.

A VIP program should be customised and if they told you it was coming the right thing for them to do was to acknowledge your play in the interim and offer you something decent right at the inception of the VIP Program especially if you have proven yourself to be a loyal player. If the casino treats you like everyone else after the launch of the VIP Program it is virtually asking you to postpone your deposits. It is quite obvious that you are interested in their VIP Program and they should welcome you with open arms and not the mundane stuff.
 
I joined up with Lock back in Jan., made a couple of deposits, sent in my docs and was authorized, and did ok playwise, no cashouts.
Reading this has made me realize they do not even send me emails with specials or bonus' or anything at all, period. Maybe my couple of piddly deposits were not even worthy of regular emails? Oh well, after all the info I have read here I just did my uninstall, I am not worth their time so I guess they aren't worth mine.
 
Sorry but I don't find these arguments that "they said they'd have VIP, I want it backdated to my youthful days in the shining hills of Goa" stuff very convincing.

This is a tricky business sometimes and things may not happen at quite the speed you'd like them. I have been six months and more late with some of my promises here, you want a pound of flesh from me too? To what purpose?

To (badly) quote a British comedian I've enjoyed: I've listened to what you've said and to me it sounds like "I want this, I want that, now, Now, NOW!"

I think a reality pill wouldn't be amiss here: a casino, like any other company, will generally do its best to satisfy its customers but reality plays a part too and sometimes things just take time. You want them flogged for promising early and delivering later? Great, AFAIC we should take note of that and file it right after "learn Swahili" on the to-do list.

I'm not saying they have done or can do no wrong but I am saying that in the current climate of this industry players would be well advised to weigh the good and the bad and be realistic about how they are being served. If you want the moon more power to you but don't be too surprised if the air up there is a little thin.
