Very Disappointed

I am very happy for the ones that have had good luck. The guy that won over 3k on a 39 cent bet...wow:notworthy However, at first I loved this place but every since that mastercard thing I can't get "nada". Seriously last night I deposited over $200.00 and I couldn't hardly get the free spins and when I did, it wouldn't give me anything. So...I played again tonight and it was worse!! I have asked about the VIP program about 5 times and I was told almost a month ago I would get info the next week...didn't happen. Tonight I told Elle that this was it for me with them for awhile. I don't expect to win all of the time but I do expect a little play time. This has honestly been ridiculous. And...while I am moaning here...you would think that with me playing over $2k in their casino since they opened that they would toss me a chip once in a while...but no...none of that either. I am so disappointed because here at the beginning all I did was rave about them and when I talked to Elle about it...all she says is I'm sorry Linda

It would seem many of these casinos really value the customers that deposit small and bet at 39 cents a spin as oppoosed to customers who deposit more and bet 1.50 a spin. Well if they value those sort of customers fair enough. I mean a rj win on 39 cents is RIDICULOUS imo when so many people have played for years on much higher bet settings and never won one at all. i had a bit of a session at lock the other evening

made 3 x deposits of $160 dollars a time and was playing there for roughly 20 minutes

no gameplay and 1 feature that payed $5.55

wasnt impressed at all

but you cant win em all lol

maybe next time

So what your saying here is that you do not want the Random Jackpot to actually be RANDOM and you want the Casino to be able to set the software to only pay at a higher bet amount ? I was just purely lucky to press the spin button at the exact right time. And just FYI i have been playing online casinos for years now and have deposited plenty

The fact is Eviecakes, if every player just wants to try for the Random, they could play just one line at 1cent, it would be pretty boring play dont you think ? considering the chances of hitting it. Depending on there bankroll players bet higher in the hope of a big hit or bet lower for longer playtime and the hope of a fairly big hit-just depends on your strategy. So if your choice is to bet higher for bigger winnings then thats your choice. Gambling should be for fun and thats why I play

P.S - I also do bet higher on occasions - up to $10 once

My experience with lock wasnt too good. The issue comes down to how they treat there so called "valued player". I have made a number of deposits without cashing. I do make pretty good size deposits each time. I have made multipile deposits. I dont have a problem with the losing, because i do it all the time, I do have a problem with them constantly saying that everyone is very valued. I was told VIP would be in contact me, never heard from them. I was told that there were great loyalty programs coming, never heard from them. I was completly ignored. Now prior to make these multipile deposits they were on top of things and friendly. I dont understand how I then start making more deposits and then get ignored. I have cashed from them once in the beginning and that process was fine. I just cant figure it out. I hate to assume, but I think they got my original cashout back, plus more and probably just wrote me off.

Thats why this is the greatest forum based website I have ever seen but I think im done with Lock. I might be getting real picky about Lock because I did cashout quickly, but not getting the attention and broken promises really upsets me. Thats why I dont play at Rival anymore, and i do love there games. Im a highroller at most casinos, both B&M & online and I do demand the personal attention. Again thanks Max.

In no, way, shape, or form am I attempting to distort the truth. This is not the person I am and do not want that reputation. I have reviewed what I posted and can see where it could be viewed as vague and over exaggerated, specifically the statement "my experience wasnt too good." This statement is vague because it can be viewed as the overall experience. If i think about my experience the the overall experience was heavily better than bad, and what i mean by that is the most important things were met with satisfaction such as their customer service and cashout. As a matter of fact during my cashout i was keeping everyone updated on multiple forums as to the process to illustrate how it went. I was paid special attention to by multiple people of Lock. My issue arouse later on as I was looking for more special attention and I was not receiving it to my satisfaction. I did write in the above post that I am being picky. Which is a pretty good way to describe what I am being with my issue. I did not write the post clearly enough to mirror what is going thru my mind, and if i thought hard enough to clearly map out my thoughts I probably would have decided not to even post anything and just take any issues up with Lock personally. And just to make sure I am clear enough in this post, here is an analogy--- I go into a nice restaurant order a steak medium. Everything is going fine at the restaurant except my steak is just a little too overcooked. Do I cause a scene about the steak a little over done for MY TASTE? Probably not. I will politley ask the waiter to have it fixed. So in conclusion I have made it seem like there was a cockroach on my steak, and that was not the case. I do retract the statement of "my experience wasnt too good".

Based on BMW's clarification I can see that he did not intend to mislead people by distorting the truth. We can all be a little blinded in the heat of the moment and I think that may have been a goodly part of the problem here.

I have also lost like 20 deposits in a row here. As a matter of fact, every deposit that I ever made here was a loser.

Sure would be nice if they did something for the players that have been loyal to them since they started.

I can honestly say that I have been treated better by some casinos that I never even deposited at.
