Bonus and WD issues

As always I am sad to see that someone not getting the great experience with our casino as we hope. I have replied citzenx with a lengthier reply, but I would like to shed some lights on the issue.

Regarding the bonus there is unfortunately not a lot I can do. It is the way we have created our bonusprogram and we try to be clear with it in our T&C. When in doubt pelase always ask our support agents exactly what is the case for your situation prior to your action and they will do all they can to help.

Regarding the weekend payments the situation is this. We are striving to have full coverage every day of the week, including weekends etc. Currently we are beefing up our payment team to make sure we have enough staff to cover the service. However we are not quite there yet and that means that it wont always be full staff on weekends which can lead to delays if there is a a lot of withdrawals. We ask for you to have patience with us in this case and that hopefully soon we will have the full team up and running.

hi always good to know, ive always had superfast withdrawals from thrills, can you two accounts meaning one account at each of your casinos ?
 
i made a withdrawal on Monday night and it was still pending this evening.
spoke to girl on chat and she told me i had been emailed by financial depo (i didnt get this) asking for card details, bank account, utility bill and moneybookers.
I get the verification but i have withdrawn before and i didn't use moneybookers this time...
so much hassle...
 
I spoke with Erik on here today and he's been excellent in handling my issues.

Really satisfied with the way he handled it and seems like a sound bloke.

Will be playing with SL in future!
