Mark is undoubtedly one of the best in the business from what I’ve seen on here. Easy to see how he’s got where he has.

He’s an example of the difference between someone ‘going through the motions’ and someone who invests themselves in what they do.

Well to be honest I joined Lottomart solely because it was Mark as the Rep. Rarely join new casinos these days just stick with the couple i use and the bookies sites. Yeah I know the bookies are not great RTP and selection but as I bet on sports makes sense to me.

But then only because Lottomart and Mark appeared here I joined them
If it had just been Lottomart with a different Rep would not have have them a second glance. As it turned out its the only site I use that has Happy Holidays and it plays well there so all good lol.

Thanks for the kind words. I probably shouldn’t spend so much time on here but I’ve always learned a lot from this forum and the feedback from members. I’d love to know the stats but I reckon I’ve logged in pretty much daily since 2007 when I joined 32.

Might be a few gaps due to distractions such as marriage and birth, pfft, that’s all done now. 😂

Thanks for all the support and help over the years.

thanks sir, ... whats min stake when I take bonus? coz one time I accept bonus I could not play DOA2 on £0.18 only £0.36
There shouldn’t be a minimum, this sounds wrong. I’ll check this out.

Must say, for someone who hasn't been playing slots anywhere for a month or two now, I've noticed Lottomart have been quite generous with throwing me a reminder fiver every so often, especially since my total deposits aren't much.
Been bashing away at piggy riches Megaways mostly when playing there, with very litle success. Loaded it up with the free fiver today and noticed the rtp has dropped to around 94.7%. noooo :...(

This doesn’t sound right. Let me check this out.

LOL, the RTP. We won’t have dropped it I’m sure. Checking with the team now.
@TheAddict - thank you. We recently migrated some games and this is an oversight which we’re fixing. I’ll be in touch after the holiday to thank you with an account credit. I really appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Previous RTP will be reinstated asap.

Edit: There were 3 games affected which have been taken down until we resolve. Published RTP was correct but not to the level we want our players to enjoy.

I am a little surprised by your response.
I remember depositing only twice at lottomart because you were offering low/mid rtp versions of the 4 or 5 slots I played.

92 png, 92/93 red tiger... No?

Edit : would love to see a max rtp setting on all games, would obviously stop playing at n1 then hahahhaha

Not sure if you’re confusing us with another provider as we don’t have PnG just yet, we’re integrating as we speak. RT should be around the 94% mark.

IMHO it would be very tough for a casino to make profit running at max RTP.

Feeling a bit puzzled here. I had a Lottomart account but haven't been playing much lately and a while ago closed a few accounts down. Having seen their promotions, active rep and good reviews on here, wanted to reopen my account so just contacted support to be told my account has been permanently closed by them!

I asked why, to be told as I used Gamstop several years back (I had a big win at another casino and opted to take a break from all casinos and stop promotional emails, so used Gamstop) and have since used their responsible gambling tools to regulate my game play, they took a company decision to permanently close my account. Oh well, that scuppers my plans for returning to them!

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they believe they are acting as a responsible provider, but I'm none too impressed at being labelled a problem gambler by using tools readily available to me to ensure I do not become a problem gambler!

Hey Richy,

Thanks for the feedback. If you want to send me your email I’ll review this tomorrow, but we don’t usually take these decisions lightly.

Let me know if you want me to look into it, but I understand if not.

The problem is in reality, you labelled yourself a problem gambler by using such a drastic measure of in essence using a sledge hammer to crack a nut eg ( GAMSTOP ) Despite what they imply using their service is really for problem gamblers, and should be considered a permanent thing, even if that's not what the person intended. IMO that should only be used if you want to give up for good and many casinos seem to treat it that way, if that's right or not i'm not sure.

@Mark_Lottomart may be able to help though so would maybe worth sending him a PM.

Cheers, Mark.

I know it's a minefield with responsible gambling, etc and I honestly get where the casino is coming from if they have tick boxes and obligations to comply with. However, if a player actively uses deposit limits, time outs, takes a break for 6 months etc then from my perspective that is being responsible and using those tools to moderate their gambling effectively. Naturally I was a bit shocked to be told my account is permanently closed by a management decision for using those tools! I have had times when I know funds may be tight for a while so I'll not play and close accounts so personal details cannot be hacked/accessed. I had an incident at another well known accredited casino where my account was accessed without my knowledge and was used to make withdrawals to an account not registered to me.

I don't want to waste your time and I have nothing to hide, but if you think my account could be used again after being told it is closed permanently, could it be reconsidered? If so, will pm you my details.

The GamStop was put in place very soon after winning over £7k off a £50 deposit at another casino. I was happy to walk away for a while and seemed easier using this service. However, repercussions of it are now biting me on my backside! I have always effectively used deposit limits and time outs to ensure playing online is not a routine or habit as that suits my style of play.
