I wish I had known about this forum years ago. At least months ago since I started on Lock. Anyway, Well past two months since a cashout was requested (1850 USD) and nothing. I know that CM has them listed as not recommended (again, had I only known about this site beforehand), but I just want to throw in my two cents that they are not getting any better, at least for US players. I have gotten the runaround from probably every customer service Rep they employ and below is the last convo I had with one of them. It was actually more helpful than most, I thought, until we got to the end.

I've been in contact numerous times with support personnel since this payout was requested, but I have yet to ever be contacted by "cashier" personnel when I was told I would be. They have also never picked up the phone when I have called. I just need to get a fedex tracking number for the payout which was processed, or verification of the address that the check was sent to.

My address on file with Lock Casino was updated and correct before the cashout was requested, but for some reason the update to lock poker account did not show. I just want to verify that it was sent to the proper address so that I may make arrangements otherwise.

The payout was requested via Lock Casino, which had the correct address, but shows in my lock poker account, so you can understand why I would be worried about this given that your site charges 250 USD if a check is returned.

Will send? I received an email on 1 November stating that the funds had already been sent via FEDEX? It also shows on my account when I log in that the funds were SENT on 1 November 2012. Is this not true? Have the funds not actually been sent?

This is essentially how it goes every time. They kick the can down the road and ask me to contact them at a later time. I always do contact them at the specified later time, only to be blown off again.
Anyway, I know they are a crap site now and CM lists them as such. I just want to make sure that no one else in the US thinks about giving them a try. The site looks great, the poker is about as good as I've found for US players, but it is not worth it. Anything you win will end up in the abyss.
