I wish I had known about this forum years ago. At least months ago since I started on Lock. Anyway, Well past two months since a cashout was requested (1850 USD) and nothing. I know that CM has them listed as not recommended (again, had I only known about this site beforehand), but I just want to throw in my two cents that they are not getting any better, at least for US players. I have gotten the runaround from probably every customer service Rep they employ and below is the last convo I had with one of them. It was actually more helpful than most, I thought, until we got to the end.

I've been in contact numerous times with support personnel since this payout was requested, but I have yet to ever be contacted by "cashier" personnel when I was told I would be. They have also never picked up the phone when I have called. I just need to get a fedex tracking number for the payout which was processed, or verification of the address that the check was sent to.

My address on file with Lock Casino was updated and correct before the cashout was requested, but for some reason the update to lock poker account did not show. I just want to verify that it was sent to the proper address so that I may make arrangements otherwise.

The payout was requested via Lock Casino, which had the correct address, but shows in my lock poker account, so you can understand why I would be worried about this given that your site charges 250 USD if a check is returned.

Will send? I received an email on 1 November stating that the funds had already been sent via FEDEX? It also shows on my account when I log in that the funds were SENT on 1 November 2012. Is this not true? Have the funds not actually been sent?

This is essentially how it goes every time. They kick the can down the road and ask me to contact them at a later time. I always do contact them at the specified later time, only to be blown off again.

Anyway, I know they are a crap site now and CM lists them as such. I just want to make sure that no one else in the US thinks about giving them a try. The site looks great, the poker is about as good as I've found for US players, but it is not worth it. Anything you win will end up in the abyss.

It's a shame, they seemed like they were going to be good at the beginning then it all went downhill. You may eventually get paid though so don't give up hope. And of course now that you know better, you'll find another place to play next time.

BTW, If you're able to still edit your post, you should remove your email address - if you can't, report it and see if one of the mods will do it for you.

So they list a phone number, and it actually WORKS. How can they argue they don't have phone support:confused: WHY would they pay good money for a working phone line and an office to put it in if they are not using it.

Given the financial problems Lock have had, surely they would not pay for something they are not using.

It's pure bullshit, and more likely they are selectively answering calls, and using CLI to determine which player is calling. If they don't want to speak to that particular player, they just ditch the call.

Try calling again, but withhold your number, if they then answer, you will have proven them to be liars and deserving of the current status.

Perhaps phone pretending to be having problems depositing, so don't press 1 for the cashiers, try another option;)

Such a shame; in the early days I played there faithfully, bantered jokingly with support and received my WDs within 5 min of clicking the button to getting my funds in Skrill. I actually made my single biggest win ever at Lock ($1600).
But then Wds turned to hours, to days, to weeks.
As I said; such a shame.

Well, I did finally get an email response from someone claiming to be from the cashier with lock. He kicked the can down the road too, confirming that the check has NOT been sent as Chloe said it was ( as well as my first email I received on 1 Nov). He said to expect something within 2-3 weeks. It kind of reminds me of the exchange between Charlie and Turkish around the beginning of Snatch:

Turkish: What's happenin with them sausages, Charlie?
Charlie: Two minutes, Turkish!

a few minutes later....

Turkish: What's happenin with them Sausages, Charlie?
Charlie: Five minutes, Turkish!
Turkish: It was two minutes five minutes ago!

Anyhow, I'll post more updates as this goes along.....

I know how you feel.. I had my single biggest win at Lock.. Withdrawed around $19k.. Took well over 6 months to be paid in full after constant pressure from my side. This was a couple of years ago, it has probably gotten even worse since then... I wish you the best of luck!

Like Rushmore, they don't have the money to pay players. This is all just stalling for time. You were told the check had been sent, and this bought them a few weeks, then you found that the 2-3 week wait was nothing more than a stalling process, and they had never sent it.

I bet they are going to utilize the Christmas chaos (post, holiday, etc) to stall through till February. You should tell them that having been deliberately lied to about the check, you don't believe a word of any further excuse, and will continue to hassle them daily until the payment arrives.

Maybe the reason they claim to no longer have a phone is because it was inundated with angry players demanding to know where their money was.

Well now I know where not to play. I get frustrated when it takes days to get the payout, well this story is certainly a test of patience. The casino I play at now usually pays within a day which is nice.

but i think that i saw a thread of another player with the same problem at lock.

maybe instead of they stay with not recomended, stay rogued like rushmore??

I've asked them for the tracking number before and they just refused to give out that information. I know, of course, that it is all BS anyway and the check hasn't even been sent. I'm trying to remain polite with the customer service reps, but am starting to think perhaps I should go another route with them.

You should try to PAB aswell. If they don't cooperate with Max they should be rogued, IMO..
