Leojackpot.... No "fee" info

I have to say I was sceptic to open an account at Leojackpot because they have no live chat.
But I have to say, all works fine.
No lag in the games, support answers within seconds/ minutes, verification process hassle free.
I still wager my WB, but I think there will be no issues to make a withdrawal.

Last point, I like an active rep here in the forums.

Gabi,

Can you clarify this term?

22.5 - The Maximum cash-out for customers that received the First Deposit Bonus campaign and have not purchased any real money deposits is that of 100€.

Does this mean if my first deposit ever at your site is $100, and I take the first deposit bonus of 200%, total $300 to play, I can only withdraw $100 after making wr because I haven't first made a 'real money' deposit without accepting a bonus with it? This is how it reads, and if correct this is blatantly rogue, and the term must be amended if you wish to have legitimate customers like myself play there.

Hi Azzurri ,

Sorry for the Delay , i just saw the comment now.

NO , that terms is for the Free spins with no deposit . meaning the Max Cash out without making a deposit is 100 Euro . If you deposit , you can withdraw as much as you win / want .

The term limits it self to the No Deposit Free spins .

PS. Next week we will launch the new LeoJackpot . We hope that among with the new style / design also the terms will be more clearer for everyone , and hoping to don't cause confusion anymore .

Regards

Gabi

I would just like to warn everyone about LeoJackpot just in case you play there. As terrible news has come out. I would assume Casinomeister could put up warning about them here or maybe investigate please?

I just discovered this info over at AGD (affiliateguarddog) and hope its okay to link to that article. Will paste it below. Please be careful everyone both as affiliate and player this sucks

Dear Affiliates,

Hope this email finds you well.

This is Constantine, the ex-head of affiliates for LeoJackpot.

I am sending you this email from my personal email address as I do not longer work for LeoJackpot.

I wanted to contact you earlier but I had to make sure I receive my final payment before doing that. I hope you understand.

The reason for sending this email is that I would like to bring to your attention the practices used by LeoJackpot and which resulted in me leaving the company.

Unfortunately their work ethics are not to the standard they should be. To make it sort, they are stealing your registered players with LeoJackpot and using their details to email them (with their own affiliate tracking code) offers from other operators. The email used is : newsletter@abccampaign.com

Also, with a bit of investigation I discovered that the guy owning 50% of LeoJackpot, and who runs the operational side of things, has an interesting history:

Outdated URL (Invalid)

Lastly, before I left the company, I overheard some discussions about launching another operation with the name xxlcasino.

I would like to advice you to avoid LeoJackpot as well as xxlcasino if they launch it. These kind of people should be ousted from the industry.

PERSONAL NOTE: I am not going to gain anything from this email besides standing up to what I feel is right. I follow or at least try to follow my principals on a daily basis and do not compromise for anything. I have been told that this might affect my future prospects of finding employment in this industry but I am willing to take that risk. I am an affiliate manager that enjoys building trustworthy relationships on equal terms( I treat affiliates as I would treat my friends). That is something all affiliate managers should strive for. And because of that, I could not just stay silent and therefore decided to send you this email.

Anyway, the choice is yours!

Wish you a very nice day.

Kind Regards
Constantine

Wow, I no the stuff does go on but its good when it does come out, If whats been said is true than well done to the person who bought this to light, I will take a good look later

People wonder why I am so against fees and charges.

I've had over $100 in fees and charges on a single deposit before.
Once I had a 1k+ win and I was charged a fee for depositing + currency conversion fees then charged for withdrawing + currency conversion fees.
Winning big is good but not when you are paying heavy fees.

False acusations

Good morning ,

i would like to get back to the recent accusations posted on various forums , bellow you will find the official Company statement .

"
Leo Jackpot and LeoAffiliates would like to officially state their position following the statement by Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou on the 18 th November 2014.

Leo Jackpot would like to clarify that contrary to what was written, it has no legal relationship with Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou. To this end he was also never employed by LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates, and any statement to contrary was false and misleading. This was also confirmed by Mr Constantine Alexander Korniliou in his corrective statement dated 24 November 2014, which is also being posted for everyone’s perusal together with this communication.

Leo Jackpot would also like to assure all the affiliates that contrary to what might have been inferred the details of the affiliates of Leo Jackpot were to its knowledge always real and all the commissions always honoured.‎

We are investigating if there was any wrong doing by any third party and are reserving all our rights at Law.
Furthermore as intimated above, please find the corrective statement made by Mr. Constantine Alexander Korniliou for everybody’s perusal.
“Dear Affiliates,

My apologies for contacting you again. I hope it is the last time.

I have been legally requested to retract some of the statements made in my email as they misrepresent the fact and give cause to grave prejudice to the reputation of LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates and their intellectual property.

I have agreed to publish this further statement as it does not affect my initial allegations.

I would like to clarify that I was not employed directly by LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates but by Tuukay which was a 3rd party with no intellectual property rights to LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates .

Tuukay was tasked with running the marketing, retention and customer service of the sites.

Therefore, the allegations I presented in my email are the wrong doings of Tuukay and not LeoJackpot/LeoAffiliates, whom unfortunately are the innocent victims of the actions of Tuukay and also myself for misrepresenting the above facts.

Kind Regards
Constantine”
We hope to have cleared this situation created by the misinformation provided to the affiliate sites by Mr. Korniliou which wrongfully created a wrong impression on the seriousness and integrity of the site Leo Jackpot.

"

With Regards

Gabi
