Lost connection 2 weeks ago when a game crashed, Karamba keep telling me they will get it sorted, they don't answer emails so I have to continually chase them on live help.
They blame one of the 3 parts of the company, the Tech in Israel and the company that run their games.
They keep apologising but no action.
Everyone has slots crash.... AND IMMEDIATE RESTART..... WITHOUT ISSUES. They just don't get it.
I have a few hundred pound tied up but can't login in, really had enough of this casino.
