I agree. I was really shocked the other day when I found out that 32red only process withdrawals during office hours. How could such a major factor mean that they have such a top score. So hypothetically I assume that if 32red went on to process withdrawals 24 hours a day including weekends and offer a range of software providers etc, wouldn't that make their score much higher than 10/10 ????????
It's much more then just withdrawals that count, in fact withdrawals are the least of my worries, since when i am honest i may cash out one in 20 deposits when i am lucky, so i am much more concerned about the rest of the package, both Guts and 32Red are really high on the ladder, but i'll give you a small example from yesterdays experience:
So, i live in Holland but am currently in Germany, call it a small business holiday, but i would be here for the whole month to come, and not planning to go back in between, i took my p.c. along as i prefer to work on that. I wanted to do a little gamble, and this time thought about Guts first, however, my bank's e-reader has exhausted it's number of codes for online payments, so i had to order a new one which will take up to 5 days, and will be sent to my Dutch address, and as i said, i wasn't planning to go back there for at least a month, so i was wondering how i could get money in my account, and opened support.
I knew Paysafe doesn't work here as i have a Dutch account and they won't let you use German codes, and Ukash isn't available so the only thing was prepaid a mastercard i had heard about, so i figured i would ask the support if they knew about those, explaining my situation and if there would be any problem if i went and bought one, and was assured it wasn't an issue, and so i went out and got one.
To shorten my story here, let's just say it was quite a hassle to get this card, register it, and then activate and load it with cash, but after a few small trips and some telephone calls, i had finally gotten it to work.
Then i log in to Guts, open support again so they may guide me, and behold, it is not accepted...
After trying several amounts, and eventually getting two separate types of error codes along with it, we found it it was the security department, had blocked my account from deposits because i apparently was due verification - i think i know Ben well, we are on a first name basis and have had quite a few interactions, same goes for his affiliate manager Frode, i am an affiliate, that has been paid revenue for over a year, i have made a few cashouts and a bunch of deposits, so i really never expected to be asked for verification anymore - and you may emphatize here and see i wasn't all to happy about that, and i asked why, and how long would that take, also a bit miffed since i had already stated i was in another Country and getting my doc's would be a hassle, and support then told me the email about verification had already been sent earlier that day, but i can assure you i never got it, or i would have known not to ask for deposit methods, but would have inquired about that issue immediately, and either solve it, or try another Casino in the meantime.
Long story still not too short, i left the conversation friendly, saying i didn't blame support for the misunderstanding, but did advise that to prevent such happenstances in the future, it might be wise for the security department to tag an account that is selected for this process, so support immediately can see doc's are required, and then all further attention can be focused on that matter.
In my case not only did it come as a surprise, but it came to be that i wasted over half a day, after being assured i could get to deposit
I did get an email shortly after, as i did sent the doc's (i had forwarded a mail i had sent a few months ago when at home, for another Casino) right away, but as i feared the picture of my utility bill was "outdated".
Instead of writing back, and entering a long back and forth explaining i don't get utility bills, but only a year's summary of the costs as i am only renting a room in Holland, and in the back of my mind knowing that at some point in that back and forth i would have to supply evidence of that, and realizing that would have to be postponed until i was back in Holland, since the required doc's are there, and not being able to provide alternatives, as i had already stated my internet banking would be blocked until i went back, i decided to screw it and deposit elsewhere...
So, i open
Unibet's chat and ask if it's a problem to deposit into my Dutch account with a German prepaid MC, from a German I.P. and was told yes, this would most likely be a problem. My experience with the Dutch support (funnily enough due Google Chrome's Geolocation settings it showed me the Dutch version of the page and as such i got them on the line) is not so great there, and he already told me he was very busy so without going deeper into the issue i decided to try 32Red instead.
Opened the Casino, clicked support and got the utterly friendly Carole, and she did not know the answer to my similar question, but told me to go ahead and try, in the meantime she would get a hold of the proper department to see what would be what.
Turned out the card didn't work there, and gave me a number of reasons as to why. this all within 10 minutes, and we never stopped talking and joking around.
So, i was just about to say thanks for trying and look for other possibilities, when Carole told me she had put a little chip in my account so i could still get to play, and the day wouldn't be a total loss
Trust me when i say i am overcomped in 32Red currently, so never expecting anything, until i had "caught up" with my deposits, wouldn't have dreamed of asking anyway, and was really happy, we ended our talk with the usual good wishes and a well deserved compliment from my end, and low and behold it was 32,- way too much for a non issue and especially generous considering my few deposits lately.
As you can see, i have tried three accredited Casinos with excellent ratings, with
fast payouts (32Red being the slower one there), 24/7 support (32red being the nr.1 still here) excellent game portfolios (32Red being the one with the least gamesproviders but still way over 500 slots) and of course i will keep playing in all three, but you may now see that this is one of the many small instances, where 32Red shines, and they do time and time again, this is why they keep scoring high and winning awards.
Try them for a longer time, and you'll probably see what i mean.
