Accept do not allow bonus for uk and some other countries, and all the spelling mistakes in terms, enough to put me of
I've seen you make a few too!
Agreed though from a serious business you would rather expect a proper spellchecker and/or contentwriter, but i must say if everything else is ok, i can live with a few typo's, and personally, when i think it's a good Casino or one that has potential i would sooner contact their support and point these errors out, which can often lead to a good start of the "relationship".
I did try BestCasino and have to say that it was a joy, as they paid hassle free and their games ran smooth, bonus and deposit were easily processed, and support was available and helpful.
The typo's i didn't see myself, apart from noticing their support was no native English speaker, he was able to help me and didn't confuse me or misunderstood me, which i can't say has always been the case in any Casino, including a few reputable ones.
On topic:
Guts is by far the nr. 1 Multi platform Casino, i have said this before and can't see myself saying anything else anytime soon
I am also waiting for WMS (and a bigger bankroll) and then wouldn't
need to play anywhere else, but to be honest, i still would.
Simply because i really am happy with all the Casinos i promote, i would feel bad if i stopped playing there, since i was always pampered in most of them, and i also believe it is better to spread your good and bad luck around a bit, so you will have the least chance of getting a really long losing streak in one particular place.
Also, when there was just "one" Casino the bonuses would likely decrease, either in frequency or attractiveness: competition keeps the market interesting and lively!
I will probably have Guts as nr. 1 overall at this years Meister Awards though, at least they will be somewhere in my list
I do agree with most of what you said Azurri, but also think you might be surprised if you were a wee bit less critical, sometimes expressing your concerns in the relevant department, which would be management in most cases, will increase the understanding of whatever point was on your mind or you were trying to make and maybe even work positively on the business-to-client relationship.
Just to clarify, i was much more critical in the past, and one of my first experiences in 32Red in what now seems ages ago, wasn't quite what i expected: long story short, i got into contact with Pat H. via via, because i didn't like how chat handled it at the time, and that was the prelude to one of my most enjoyable Casino experiences ever, and i have never regretted that.
I would have missed out on a marvellous personal relation, and a lot of gambling fun had i not decided to drop a note a little higher up the chain.
Now focussing on Guts again i also have a very high regard for Ben, if i had to make a team of supermanagers, and make a dream casino team to save the world, it would be Ben, Pat and not to forget, Andy, imagine that! (ignoring all the other valuable crew members and reps here, for vinylweatherious reasons
)
Ben has been great from the start and i only seen him grow greater, was very happy he decided to do his thing with Guts! (pun intended)
Indeed all of the points you mentioned are valid, if they keep this up and i am quite sure they will, they are going to be a huge player on the market, the sky being the limit.
Thanks Ben, and keep up the good work
Oh and btw, can s1 please call Bryan to go ahead and O.K. the darn D.O.A. championship already??
