Greetings my fellow brothers and sisters. This is my very first post and ill be doing a little introduction and here hoping the members can assist and chip in on the opinion. And was denied. because the expiration on my passport expired on jan-24-2022. The email said they needed to verify my identity, my question is why do i have to verify my account again? The passport they said expired is the same passport

Is only for traveling. If government agencies accepts expired passport recognizes it as a valid ID but slotocash who accepted it back in 2020 now requires an update. Not to mention On april 27th 2021 - an announcement release by the department of homeland security has extended all expired government issue id until 2023 due to the current pandemic and their agencies are working on a restricted capacity.
The email said they are trying to verify my identity, but wont accept a recent bank statement or utility bill as its not a form of verification. If thats true why was I asked to provide it back in 2020 during my verification process? My last withdraw request back in aug of 2020 was denied, as they states my IP address was different. I had to prove and explained which was due to the fact i was using vpn because if public wifi. So with all the deposits i made the last few months why wasnt my account restricted from making deposits since my passport expired? Or is it only an issue when the customer gets paid?
