Heaven Casino

Just to add my 6 pennorth - I have had exactly the same treatment as the rest, the only saving grace was that I did get a Royal for £1,000 which has been paid together with the balance of my original deposit. The bonus was withheld and I received word for word the same e-mails.

I do not leave cash on deposit at any of the casinos I play, I like to "pop in and out" to try new features as the fancy takes me.

This was not good enough for them and they offered me the £100 for £4,000 turnover deal with no gurantee that the original bonus would be added. My last e-mail to them also included a request as to the progress of my application for the "absolutely no strings" free trip to Vegas they offered new signees - no reply as yet.

Has anyone received any details of this trip?

Just thought that I would try and add a little to this.

The bonus is awarded only after wagering the required amount.
It then shows in the cashier as 'withdrawable bonus'.
The first that the player finds out about a problem is that the bonus amount is simply missing from the withdrawal.

Heavencasino have said 'We appreciate you have wagered the required amount but our bonuses are meant for genuine customers who continue playing in our casino'. So they aren't even claiming that the players didn't meet the terms.

What bothers me is that Elite Club Management are saying that the casino is correct and within their rights to do this, aren't they supposed to be handling the complaints for various Chartwell casinos?

Big Mac, I think (and I'm open to correction) that they put themselves forward as a channel for disputes to Chartwell, seeing as Chartwell resolutely refuse to get directly involved with players.

BTW imo that sort of archaic approach is in urgent need of revision by this Canadian company (Chartwell) especially as they have repeatedly said that their main business thrust is toward the European market, and their London-based executive Lee Richardson is adopting an increasingly high profile in industry matters.

IMO it's high time Chartwell realised that today's market is much more player-savvy and demanding; they need to open a valid and efficient channel for player issues at their licensees instead of coming the old "hands off" b.s.

My only information is from Casinomeister cautions Feb 17!

'the company was concerned about player satisfaction, but had decided to handle complaints through Elite Club Management' , but I guess that is more just for the Casinos 'managed' through Elite Club.

I have now sent two reminder e-mails asking them under what conditions their original bonus will be given and have not had any kind of response.

I also have heard nothing about their 3 days free in LV for every new player over a month since sending off my application.

I would like to know if anyone has received the details of this offer or if this is all a con.

scary

This sounds very scary. Let me put them on my "not to play at casino list" :icon_twis

Chartwell software??? Pretty sure I played at one of their casinos a long time ago. And it was horrible. They can't be trusted from what I remember.

Eurobet uses Chartwell software. They for damn sure can be trusted.

Dunno, sounds like saying Bodog can't be trusted because Connecto uses the same software.

Or Bet365 is not to be trusted because African Palace uses the same software.

* Terms & Conditions

All terms and conditions relating to the Las Vegas offer are printed on the voucher which will be sent to you for completion.

Seems to me this is a "junket" trip. Only allowing UK players for this trip further enforces it. I doubt they're going to be out one cent, as the casino they send you to will reimburse them ONLY IF you wager X amt of $ &/or gamble X amt of hrs each day you're there.

I could almost guarantee that these T&C listed on the "voucher" will confirm that, and will also state that if you don't complete the WR for the trip, you'll have a nice hefty bill on your CC. (Which I'm sure is required to complete the voucher)

......and that's only if this trip isn't a scam to lure people in.

fyi:

Junket: An organized group of gamblers that travel to a casino together. Junkets are usually subsidized by a casino to attract players.

Still heard nothing about the Las Vegas trip but in view of the above post I don't think I'll follow it up.

At least they paid my royal promptly.

Same story here...

Made a deposit of 200 on the 31st of May and wagered what I had to do, and the bonus got into the account as withdrawable.

After 14 days I received my deposit + winnings, but they refuse to pay the bonus for same reasons as seen in other posts.

i have a past experience with elite club management. very veryyyyyy slow payments. took almost a month to get my withdrawl. i will avoid this group at all costs.
