Go Wild - Baptism by Fire (no US)

Go Wild has just stepped up to the plate and has been entered into the Baptism by Fire section. They also have a exclusive promo Link Outdated / Removed. Good luck!

They have two casino reps in the forum Gia - GoWild who can deal specifically with players - GoWildGaming (Yoni) who can fill in for her when she's not around or deal with affiliate issues. Players can PM these reps concerning questions etc., but please don't badger them for bonuses and such. Thanks!

Bryan - I know you are extremely busy and with all you do for "us" I don't want to sound the least bit nitty. But it would really be appreciated if you know a casino is not "USA" allowed if you could add it to your posts like these.
I think you normally do, but I didn't see it when this Baptism notice came out.

I went to the Go Wild site, downloaded the software and only when just about complete with the registration did I find that despite the bonus appearing in multiple currencies that included $$$ -- that US citizens were not beign accepted.

Thanks,
Diane

When you move to a free country! :p

I really feel for you guys, but what can you do?
Not just MG - there's loads of other great games on other softwares you can't play too. :(

KK

I start to "drool" when you guys talk about all the other great games out there. Kind of like a kid licking the glass on the outside of the candy store window knowing all he can do is look, not go in.....

We are envious !!! But I doubt my husband would move "across the pond" so I can play online casino games.

Sorry, I usually do. For what it's worth, I did here :p
Link Outdated / Removed

Changed title of this thread though.

Romania players can't enjoy welcome offer from Casinomeister..:( Too bad..almost all MG casinos give bonuses to Romanian players..but I can live without this bonus:)

Max withdrawal of $100 is in conjunction with no deposit bonuses, i.e. free sign up bonuses, free bonus/free spins given. Also, I'd like to mention that our VIP members have higher max withdrawal amount.

When i was a vip there i was given $5 or $10 which i got to over $600 but was only allowed to take out the $100

Just wondering when the max withdrawl amount for vip players on a no deposit bonus was changed or was it always this way but wasn't in the t&c's and chat never mentioned it.

I just checked out GoWilds promotion.
The 1000 Welcome Package is not exclusive to CM.
They offer this to all new depositors.

But, as far as I can see the $10 no deposit bonus + 30 free spins is exclusive to CM members.

The T&C on the no deposit bonuse looks like a minefield. Take care. :)

Sorry for derailing a tad, but I forgot which thread I replied to Diane regarding playing for fun at Virgin, did this work Diane?, I know it`s only for fun but, every little helps (sometimes).

Back to topic, thx for my CM related pressie GoWild mwah ;).

Sorry, no. I haven't tried Virgin. But will make a point to do it sometime. Thanks for looking out for me.

well its great having reps here but how long does it take to respond to a question. To me if a casino is credited here or has a rep here they should atleast answer it in 3 or 4 days at most.In fact my opinion it should be everyday but thats my opinion. Only because it makes good business sense and shows they care about customers

Is there coming any changes for this? I dont get this. Those countrys are banned because of bonus abuse. Asking for curiosity how players can abuse gowild casinos bonuses? Bonuses what i have saw is clearly -EV.

Saw few exclusive No deposit bonuses worth of 10 dollar so those can be used wrongly but if those are the reason why just wont ban ND bonuses for country what are listed.

As far as I know, most reps answer questions in that time frame. Sometimes they're out for the weekend, so this may affect responses.

For the gowild rep i think you should know that someone who is doing advertising for you is spamming my email with a signup offer!

I've gotten a few email from them in the last couple of days, funny thing is i already have an account at gowild using that email addy. I've pressed the unsubscribe but its not working i guess.

The emails are coming from system@xenoyolia.info

The max withdrawal was changed recently. Please PM me with your account details and I can look into the withdrawal you are referring to.

Players from the above stated countries are not eligible for a non deposit bonus.

Thanks for the offer gia but no worries, it was quite a long time ago and i don't play there anymore anyways. I was just curious as to when the change occured.

Hi spiderlegz,

Thanks for the headsup.
I will contact the casino manager to reevaluate this and will update you as soon as possible.

Ok, as you did not answer the player in question was not paid and the terms havent changed.

GoWilds response to the complaint can be read at: xhttp://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/go-wild-casino-withdrawal-of-5500-not-paid-c276

Technically he didnt even violate the term 10.C as he played only slots and it wasnt a SUB.
GoWild you make me :puke: Just GoSouth

Hi,

Just to make it clear to everyone:

The player was playing against the casino's terms and conditions clearly and simply. His deposit was refunded but any winnings and bonuses were removed from his account due the bonus abuse. The player put himself on a mission from then to hurt the casino's reputation by mis-using sites and forums.

Bonuses are issued in good faith by the Casino as an incentive for players, or as a token of appreciation for returning players who have continually shown their patronage and played for entertainment purposes only. Bonuses and Winnings are denied, declined, or revoked from players who are deemed to abuse the spirit of any promotional offers.

As per his play-history and a clear abuse of the casino's promotions terms and good will, his casino account is flagged and he will no longer be able to participate in our promotions.

Bonus abuse will not be tolerated by the casino management, any decision in that matter is final.

Thanks,

GoWild Malta

What a load of bollocks.

If he was such an abuser why did you even offer the bonus in first place to him? It wasnt a SUB he was playing.

And he didnt technically brake the term 10.C and wonder if he broke the term 10.E either (if he ever drop below 40).

Cant see how anyone interested in fair play can agree to your decision. Seems you are the same crap place as when you started.

You need to chill on the flaming - definitely not cool.

This player can submit his complaint to a third party - either here or there, but I would caution anyone on making judgment calls before knowing the whole story.

Well spirit of bonus, bonus abuse etc is simply bollocks.

And the player has submitted his complaint to Gambling Grumbles and Askgamblers and the full story is laid out there. GoWild just decided they dont want to pay which is no surprise knowing their past.

Oh dear!

Did you REALLY mean to point the gun at your foot, and pull the trigger:rolleyes:

According to the standards required for accreditation, there is NO PLACE for this "spirit of the bonus" BS. There is simply a bonus offered, and rules attached to how the bonus is to be played, and how much turnover is required before the player can cash out. The casino makes the offer, and also makes the rules. They are therefore in FULL CONTROL, and should ensure that the rules do NOT provide an "easy ride" for the player.

If this player CLEARLY broke the terms, then you would be able to say EXACTLY which term was violated, and how - at least in general.

This is almost a repeat of the initial PR DISASTER that followed the launch with a poorly calculated welcome bonus, which really was an "easy ride" for players.

There is a clear choice, Go Wild EITHER wants to enforce vague "spirit of the bonus" rules to confiscate the winnings from players who "play smart", or it wants full accreditation. Go Wild cannot have BOTH.

If players are to have monies confiscated, it must be on clear and EXACT violations of one or more of the terms and conditions, and the actions taken must be within the standards for accreditation, a code of conduct expected of any casino that wants to be on the accredited list.

Well, given that the rep argued Go Wild's case based on the concept of "the spirit of the bonus" having been violated, rather than a specific term, their "side of the story" has already been seriously undermined, since this suggests that there were NO actual violations of the term, but that the player was "too smart", and played well, and cashed out "responsibly" near to the top after meeting the rules, rather than playing the win back.

So far i've only had good experiences with GoWild, but this sudden "Spirit of the bonus" is giving me a tiny itch...

Can Gia (or another rep) please clarify this ? It clearly says on the CM website:

"Spirit of the Bonus"
No such animal. If the casino offers a bonus, the casino should not assume on what grounds the bonus should be accepted. If the player wants to just play and watch the reels spin or is playing to make a profit, it is not up to the casino to enforce subjective terms like "spirit".

I wanted this to show again to let players know how absolutely scrambled these bonus terms are. You should not have to "play for enjoyment" alone. The main reason we gamble is for the high when WE WIN!!

Read it again and tell me this isn't a messed up term? Bryan? I would like to see your thoughts on this specific term? And the fact that GoWild publishes it here?
