Hi Audioz i get you now, my reply would be about the first part off my post.. as to imperial not answering the question i put to them.

I only had that error once at rival cant realy get it again as i will not use auto play to find out so i cant confirm and complain.
 
Just got my reply from imperial..multiple accounts is cool but i didnt put it that whey to them i said at different casinos in there group.

As to them not sending me the monthly bonus makes me mad as if i deposited i would off got no bonus.

Thats where i got bunched up was i had account midnightca with them so when i went to other casino they said that nick was in use so i thought hmm and tried it with same password wouldnt go through. So opened new account with dif nick. Few days later was when i was hit with you got new player bonus in 2 of our casinos to us thats bonus abuse plse be informed of this issue and so on and so on. So i still made another deposit thats when probs came in with id and that i sent off many copies kept coming back went through their own web site still didnt work. Then they said they got it but my issue was they want a copy of my bank statements and im sorry that i just wont give out.

Well, that was THEIR technical issue, and previous posts imply this would not be a problem anyway. The very same technical issue exists with the Microgaming Tournaments software. You tried the logical steps before going ahead and choosing a new username, they should not punish you for their error, and total inability to handle CS in a professional manner. This is worse than the critisisms of iNetbet having no phone and chat, at least they have proper Email support, seems with this GV lot it is a lottery - impossible to get hold of a "real" person, and Email looks like it is handled by a robot system rather than actual people.

None of this makes sense. First they have this rule about only one bonus per player in the group, yet their sites cross promote players with the other casinos AND BONUSES in the group.

Someone in upper management here seems to have dropped the ball, and we are just noticing.
 
Well as were are back on this subject, this was imperials outcome off it all in the final two emails sent to me on this matter.

Still know where as they did not answer either off my questions put to them after a lot off emails sent back and fourth between human and robots not lovin the 21st century.

At least in another 100 years from now gamblers will be able to benefit from a quicker bot response thats right. :rolleyes:

About 36 hours for them to come up with this nonsense.

I think the answer is there, but the "bot" doesn't know how to explain it to a human.
It would seem reasonable for a 400% bonus to have such a small max value (except at a rogue casino;)).
