Firstly good post above, sign of a very well run and managed casino.

I was defo one of the affected players as I've been depositing for the last month or so at least 3-4 times per week and during this time have also made some withdrawals.

However, no percentage extra in my account nor FS, nor email??

Could you kindly look into this for me please?

lol matey, that was for constant disconnections on the one session, strange cos Dr V usually smooth as a baby's arse and has been ever since.

Was playing earlier and getting ragged and balance jumped up as a 'save' so knew Phil was on the case, fair play he's always fair and on the ball.

Can't wait for the expansion of WMS and new games as this casino with the regular 100% matches is just what a low roller needs and the closer to Christmas we get the smaller my budget gets so can see them possibly becoming my No.1

Think anyone who withdrew during the World pay problem and had their withdrawal delayed had a 15% bonus added to their account.

I was affected AYK but missed when they did their 'sweep' of players affected so its more of a one off than a regular thing I think mate.

Nope, getting arse kicked really, £20 left of budget for this week, so Its a £20 dipper later (not sure where yet) and a 'day of rest' tomorrow

There are 3 types of session I find, number (2) has been my case of late which is also the most frustrating, worse than (1)

(1) - Instant wipeout, no bonus rounds, win few and far between, highest around 10-20x

(2) - The 'I cannot get anywhere' deposit - Lots of bonus rounds across a handful of games, all which pay fuck all or peanuts time and time again.

(3) The ones we LOVE but are rare lol.

Not a withdrawal issue, but after making a first deposit on the 5th july, its just come out of my bank (23rd), making me overdrawn as I assumed it would have come out in a day or two. Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Thats strange, Did it come of your available balance? Normally as you may well know it comes of available balance, Say you 100 in bank and put 20 in it will show 100 in your account but available balance 80, So shouldn't of really been an issue,

I am not saying that it nether happens a different way as it nether did come of my account to a few days later when I used to play at betat, I could of deposit until the cows come home even with no cash in bank as it was not getting debited until later on when it should come off account, I did bring this up with the reps but they didnt want too know,

I know the problem with Drvegas & other sites payment provider has been been having trouble for abit of time but unsure if it was before the 5th, You can ring up the bank and tell them not to charge you as this money should of been debited before hand,

It would not be showing as pending now as its been took but was it showing as pending? You are right and something has gone wrong and 2 weeks for a payment to come out is way to long, I have actually fell in the trap before when comapnys have took more than 1 payment,

Fortunately I was not out any cash as the bank took the blame, and if any cash comes out without your permission than by law you should not be out of pocket and banks rectify straight away, Just like the other day skrill took x2 payments, 3 days after an email to skrill they said contact the bank as they only took 1 payment, My bank than gave me a £20 as unsure when the other cash would be redirected to account,

I would advise NOT to say in was unauthorised, One, because it was, but two you will find yourself banned from sites, Ring the bank and tell them that the site has a transaction number from the 5th and any payment should of come at least of the avalible balance at this time, Hopefully the will reflect your account, If DrVegas seems fit it was payment provider that was in the wrong I am sure they would sort it,

I am unsure who long transaction can be in limb for? I know its up to 10 days if a unauthorised transaction has been took out, & not been claimed than it goes back into your account but if the provider didnt try to take it out for a few weeks than I am sure this is not allowed,

Last night I tried to withdraw £150 but found out I could only withdraw £100 a time. On talking to a representitive, hey confirmed that customers are restricted £100 withdrawal and only up to 3 times in one day. How can punters play on a casino with a max withdrawal of £300. Seems ridiculous to me.

I couldn't find anything in their terms and conditions regarding the maximum you could withdraw using a MasterCard was £100.

Also, according to the live chat, I asked how long will withdrawal process will take and they said his manager would approve the withdrawal which would take up to 3 days. So a pending period of 72hrs? And then 3 to 5 working days to reach my account. So looks like a week to reach my account.

Anyone else use a MasterCard to deposit money and find they can only withdraw £100 a time? Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.

I see there is a rep for drvegas. Maybe you could clear this up? I wouldn't played had I known the restrictions on withdrawals and slow payout time as I didn't see it in the terms and conditions.

I think there has been a mistake in the information you have been given. Although not Mastercard I've withdrawn way higher values than that and been paid in one go.

Even where there were problems with World Pay (their payment provider) I always got my cash outs within less than 48 hours, usually around the 24 Mark on average.

Give Phil a PM, sure he can help you out!

They are a good outfit and as I say never had a problem there.

This is a standerd template, I pass on to manager and 3-5 days withdraw, Change the feking story as we are not stupid and repeating the same shit does not look good for them,

But fear not, Normally withdraws are process in 24hrs at the most, sometimes longer depending on the weekend or I.D etc,
Like Jon said they are a decent outfit, I just wish they did not keep repeating the same shit, MANAGER 3-5 DAYS bull shit

That is to long, DO NOT panic as long as you not got duplicate accounts you will be paid, They have no bent rules so that side is ok, But they do have a max bet on bonus at £4
