WARNING Casiwinner.com : false licensing claims and unauthorised transactions

We've recently received a complaint from a player who was told by the casino that it was legal for them to accept players from their country so the player deposited with their credit card. The player then learned that the casino was NOT legal in their country so they asked for their deposit back. The casino refused and then took another deposit from the player's card without authorization. Since the casino then ignored the player's complaints the player came to us.

There were several problems immediately obvious. The casino claims to have an MGA license but fails to provide the mandatory license verification link.

Bayton Ltd (C41970), is a Maltese registered company registered at Villa Seminia, 8, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta ’Xbiex XBX1011. Bayton Ltd is licensed under the Malta Gaming Authority, license number: MGA / B2C / 145/2007 (issued 1st August 2018).

The MGA has since said that there is no such casino licensed in Malta.

In the casino's Terms they claim to be owned by Dama NV and licensed by Curacao under Master License 8048/JAZ:

designated below by the terms "Casino", "Internet site", "Company", "We", "Our", "Our") belongs to Dama N.V ., a company created and registered, according to the laws in force at Curaçao, under number 152125 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and its subsidiary, Friolion Limited, registered in Cyprus under number HE 419102, at Leandrou, 12A 3086, Limassol, Cyprus. Dama N.V. has a license assigned by Antillephone N.V. (under number.8048 / JAZ2020-013).

Senior Dama NV representatives confirm that this claim is also false.
Curacao Master License 8048/JAZ (aka "Antillephone") license verification has no record of Casiwinner.com and flags their license as "invalid" at Casiwinner.com.

The site also displays the eCOGRA badge, presumably to indicate that eCOGRA offers their ADR service to Casiwinner, but again, no verification link. At this time we are waiting for eCOGRA to confirm or deny their connection to CasiWinner.

WARNING: Casiwinner is a rogue casino, happy to falsely claim whatever industry connections they think will appeal to players. It's all fake. AND they're quite likely to take money from players without authorization. Players should avoid this casino, full stop.
