Hello there, dont know if this is the right forum to post. I won a decent chunck of money on a DAMA NV casino and the only withdrawl method was bank transfer wire for some reason due to techincal issues apperantly. It has been a week and the funds still havent hit my bank account. I was wondering if i got scammed so i can change my bank account and card number or is this process normal?

Hello,

Not sure what you mean by "is this process normal" but it's fairly unlikely that a Dama property would be trying to scam you. We have pretty good contacts at Dama that could be helpful in getting this taken care of. If you'd like us to look into this for you you're welcome to use our complimentary Player Arbitration (PAB) service. Here's a guide to getting started with that: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum

If you do proceed please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . Failure to comply with the rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

I was just wondering how long bank transfers take, i was given different answers by the support team.

Bank transfer in todays world shouldnt take more then 2-3 hours
ive been getting some chunk from Neteller to my bank account lately
if i withdrew during bank opening hours over here took about an hour :)
also got a bank transfer from a Dama casino Winz i believe it was
about a year ago got it the day after request :)

Have no idea, probably got scammed. Winning 6k from 30 dollars must of pissed them off. When it comes to depositing instant, when it comes giving so many delays.

Depends on the type of bank transfer, the bank, and the locations of the facilitating bank and the receiving.

Standard bank transfers can take up to 10 days in some extreme cases, with 7 to 10 working days on average for payments coming from outside your continent. Payments within the EU for example should take no longer than 24 - 48 hours, and A2A instant payments are, as the name suggests, almost instantaneous.

For a definitive answer, find out where the payment is coming from and then ask your bank what the timescale is. Their answer will tell you if Dama has approved it yet or not.

They told me it was processed on 21/01 2233 UTC, they wouldnt tell me what country they sent the funds through. I am down under and chat has been responesive although not really helpfully so i am giving them the benefit of doubt before i persue anything further.

So five working days max since they say they processed.

Someone on here will be able to tell you where Dama payments come from. Some Oz-based peops on here probably have first-hand experience.

Dama is Malta-based I think but I have a sneaky feeling they pay from a Cyrpus-based company. In either case, the clearing process on a standard bank transfer is the same. Sounds like maybe 2 - 5 working days to allow for yet before you can start to really wonder if something is wrong.

If it's within the SEPA area, then it normally takes between a few minutes to a few hours. I do bank transfers quite often. It is essentially the same as transferring money within the UK between UK bank accounts. But here you're sending money from one country to another within the eurozone (eg Austria-Sweden, Belgium-Germany, Croatia-Ireland, etc).

In OP's case, it's outside SEPA (if it's being sent from Cyprus to Australia), plus it's likely USD or AUD, so the whole process can take longer. One week? In 2024, it sounds mad, it's like they're sending a horse carriage with a drunk money carrier.

Some casinos have a few bank transfer options, but essentially they are two: you can choose between regular and faster transfers. In the image 'Pay via Bank min €30' is a regular transfer, it can take between 3-10 days. The option with a red arrow shows 'Instant' but has a minimum cashout limit of €150. While they indicate it as 'Instant', personally i don't believe that, i would say it's same-day.

My deposit said Rooli, Tallinn on my app so i assume its coming from Estonia. None the less its the weekend here and still havent recieved any.

my take from 5min to 24hrs, NV casinos they have only option bank transfer are scam, if they have other option like Skrill Astra visa etc you ok

no bank transfer change now, if you do before 10am cashout you get it anytime before 3pm, after 3pm cashout you get it next day before 3pm

Haha hopefully, my luck has not been the best. Multiple reviews online say its legit but since its a new casino i have no idea.

Funny how you can deposit in seconds, but a withdrawal takes a week or more. I guess that's somehow responsible gaming and other buzzwords casinos like to throw around.

Even if the money comes from the other side of the world, it's still all electronic. There's no way it should take over a week, unless they send it on a horse courier.

If they have technical issues with withdrawals, then that might be the real reason why it's taking so long.

Exactly, they were quick to take the money out of my account but when i want to withdraw, KYC issues and then techincal issues with direct deposit transfers. l'll give them the benefit of the doubt since they said 3 to 10 banking days via bank transfer, but they have lost me as a player if they're legit.

Up to 10 banking days? Lol, what are we, still in the 90's or something? So worst case scenario it could take 3 weeks to get your money if there's non banking holidays in between those days.

Yeah, they'll lose a lot of players over that.

The longest withdrawal i had was 17 years ago, and it took about one week. I deposited 50 in a random internet casino and played in US dollars while in the UK. On the first spin, i hit the bonus at max bet. I then had no idea if it was all real, and thought that nobody from the internet would send me 1500 USD anyway, but the money did arrive :D
