Anyone else have problems with verification at All British Casino?

Hi everyone, I only joined a few days ago at this casino as my Aunty who is an active member recommended them as they offer Cashback, and s good selection of live games so late last night I had £30 Cashback activated and played on live casino was lucky enough to win £1400 which I withdrew early hours, then got an email straight away asking for documents for verification uploaded what they asked for to online chat he said could see no issues and should be paid within 24-48 hours, I then. Got another email saying the screenshots of my bank couldn’t determine authenticity (what ) it’s my account lol ! I sent in both drivers licence & passport and now I’ve sent in the Halifax pdf they requested and still not heard anything I just find it very long winded in this day and age I won on 32 red last week and they paid me straight away no issues at all ! I thought trustly was the safer and quicker method without all these delays I was wrong !! However after reading some dreadful reviews about them with holding winnings l and dragging out verification keep asking for more and more documents I’m concerned as only a small casino and I am worried I may not see my winnings ! Just wondering if anyone else had same issue with a good outcome with this casino ! if a miracle happens and they pay me in the meantime I will update you all ! It’s hard navigating around reputable casinos to find the best ones that payout without you having to send them enough to get you a mortgage! I’m just gutted I didn’t play on 32 red instead or gala as I know my payment would of been back in my account in no time ! I don’t mind when I’m paid just want to know I will be paid lol ! Someone else said they waited over a week ! My Aunty says she never had an issue so maybe I’m just unlucky or could it be they prolonging it because I won on Cashback and not a deposit ? ! I dare not deposit again in case they don’t verify me and I’m just throwing money away I had not one issue depositing I don’t understand why they don’t make you verify before you play if it’s such an issue I think GC should make this standard protocol it would save people alot of stress and worry ! It’s meant to be fun after all should be happy not worrying that I won’t be paid out ! TIA !

Not sure, they didn't say. 😉

Either way they're now asking for their account to be deleted so it's all for naught anyway.

Altered docs it’s my own account max just my mum is an active player and used the same account which we often do ! No fraud involved lol we’re not excluded both were active I just joined ! How do I alter the account online to my own name exactly ? Should be careful before you post comments that you don’t know to be factual only said by the marketing rep above who acts like his 12 laugh reacting at posts where I was asking for advice but instead turning into a witch hunt what a bunch of bullies lol 😂 🤦🏼‍♀️
 
And yes my own fault so I accept I lose the winnings but they agreed to pay my deposit of £300 back so we’re see ! If that happens I wont hold my breath though obviously they will use any discrepancy to not payout and I gave them it so case closed my complaint is not about that.

That's likely to cause flags because accounts are supposed to be for one person.

Also, since the screenshot is likely to get removed (because it contains highly sensitive personal information), it showed a payment of £100 to Trustly Group AB on 8th May.

Thanks Jason I was just proving a point very irresponsible of me but have to defend myself I know now I was stupid and it won’t happen again I’m only 25 and only just joined the gambling world lol 😂 lesson learnt 💯 I think max has deleted the screenshots now thank you 🙏
