I got this message this morning from them
I than talked with the support and Support told me : my Skrill and Neteller Account is now okay, they just need an explanation why my postcode is different
I told them that this is a generic pstcode which is for the whole village -- im living in the same country as their company
I have also ministry papers which shows this Postcode as it was send to me
Anyhow
last email it got than was :
than i contacted support and asked what is the reason and if they can specify it
I also was thinking if i said anything offending to the support worker, but i dont really think i did
Anyhow i dont understand why closing my account , the race is ending today and im on the top 15
plus for just a skrill screenshot, i don't really think that this is the case ... as they could simply ask for a new screenshot. Plus they said, Skrill and neteller are okay and just postcode is missing.

May I ask that you that you resubmit your Skrill account screen shot as it has to show your email address/account number and personal account information and a screenshot of at least 1 transaction made to our casino. We would also need a screenshot of a transaction made from your Neteller account.
With regard to your proof of address, kindly provide us with an explanation why the post code is different from the one in your casino account.
