Bonus Complaint 21Grand Casino "Bonus Abuse"

The casino sets the terms, the player agrees and clicks to claim a promotion, wagers on allowed games, meets wagering requirements, and (hopefully) withdrawals.

Basically, that is a contract - both parties agreed on terms. Why does casino management think they can change terms after the fact?:what:

Screwed over by the players? From the sounds of things they are thieves and will screw themselves and soon not have any players.
 
It is a shame Rival changed within a couple of month from a reputable software provider to an completely rogue company .
 
FWIW, I haven't heard from the OP. Things getting resolved off-line maybe? Let's hope so.

The rep. promised too look into this, so I expect a reply from either the rep. or the OP soon.

There's not much to look into imo, player should be paid.
They did not like the way she played.
Sometimes I dont like the way the games play.
Does that give me the right to charge back my deposits?
Dont think so.

Btw, there's a thread over at the AGD forum about 21Grand also.

While we're at it please note that there are three PABs against Supreme Play that need attention too. These have all been submitted yet I haven't received a single meaningful response. We need action on those ASAP.

I am also having a similar issue with supreme play. Is 21grand related to supreme play (except for both being rivals)? Should I PAB or contact the 21Grand representative above? I have mentioned my problem to Max but did not formally submit a PAB because they are not accredited.

Supreme Play and 21 Grand are sister casinos.

Maphesto has it right, 21grandcasino should handle your issue for either of them. The rep is always your first point of call. If that doesn't work out then we'll examine the PAB options.

only rival casino i have ever needed help getting my withdrawal from took 3 weeks and of course i got flagged for bonus after, i always got the same excuses tecnical issues delays the cashout :)

No offense but I feel like I'm getting the run-around. You guys keep telling me in PMs and email that you go to the player directly to resolve things when I raise an issue but so far no one has confirmed this. On the contrary, I'm hearing of payments promised but then delayed for weeks, etc. WTF? :confused:

A bit of free advice: this is the wrong place to claim that things are being dealt with when they are not. Not to put too fine a point on this but if you're bullshitting me on these PABs -- claiming you are settling things with the players when no such thing is happening -- you will find that approach highly unsatisfactory when the truth comes out.

I haven't joined in the madness because wanted to give them a change, but enough is enough. I'm waiting since Sept. 14th for payment from Supreme Play. I've contacted rep with same responses others have gotten. PAB is going to be submitted today or tomorrow.
 
Ok, Mikey's PAB received, submitted and added to the SupremePlay/21Grand pile. There are a total of four now, some recent, some that have dragged on for well over a month.

I've confronted SupremePlay support (Rachel) over these unresolved PABs and she is saying it's a Rival issue and will require 24-48 hours. Fair enough, that puts us at Friday AM (my time) for a meaningful response to these issues. The clock is running.

Paid Today

I received my payment from the casino today. I would have to guess Max and CM were a big part of their decision to pay. Thanks!

Who knows? Issue was submitted, casino never replied to it, guy gets paid. Your guess is as good as mine.

FWIW one of the other PABs is reporting as paid too. Two down, two to go. :thumbsup:
 
Ok, the Rep has reported back on all current SupremePlay/21Grand PAB issues. I'll be updating the open cases later today and contacting the OPs accordingly.

21Grand sent me a couple offers a few days ago. Downloaded the casino again and I'm still bonus banned. Emailed them telling them there were no bonuses listed. The next day they send me another offer, again nothing in the promotions area.

Not sure who is running the show there...:rolleyes:
 
Well, I now received an email from maxd telling me that 21Grand did not even bother to discuss the issue with him. Thank you very much maxd for your effort...unfortunately it all doesn't have a good ending. For all players, I think this now issued warning should really be taken seriously, it is just rogue behaviour what they did to me and it is even more rogue to not even discuss it with maxd.
