Wow this is a bit of a surprise. If my memory serves me, Casino Titan was a good casino 2-3 years ago. There were good reports of it back then.

Having to wait 90 days for them to figure this out is not acceptable imho.

Things were pretty much OK at this group (Win Palace Group) until about a year ago when cracks started appearing.
In the last few months several players have received the exact same e-mail as the OP, saying their "review" would take up to 90 days.
There are several other threads about this around the forum, as I recall, most players were paid well inside the 90 days quoted.

You might also be getting confused with Titan Casino (Playtech) - this thread is about Casino Titan (RTG).
The RTG version was put on the Rogue List in March this year, the Playtech version on the "Not Recommended" list in June last year.

At least half of all RTG and Playtech casinos are "dodgy" at best IMHO, and great care should always be used when choosing a casino with these softwares to play at.

Well they can't PAB as the casino is on the Rogue List.
They probably will pay, and probably inside 90 days, as mentioned in my earlier post.

If the OP signed up via an affiliate site they should contact that affiliate & ask them to help. Otherwise it just down to continually chasing the casino, keeping all correspondence as polite as possible while still being firm.
