Sorry if its come up before but just tried to go to there casino but it seems to have vanished.

Anyone know what happened or if its still there but i just cant get to it.

Its a sports betting site with casino(Maybe). I was a member there but just went to have a look at my account and then found the casino part gone. Google doesnt seem to show anything

Yes, must be a issue here as i cant load into it. sports etc i can but just not the casino

The betting site opens, but there is no mention of the casino. A Google link to the casino returns "page not found".

It seems this is an intentional change, rather than the casino section not loading. If it was merely a technical issue, I would expect to still see the casino shown on the main page on the 10bet site.

The casino has been taken down and the website altered to reflect this, there is no news as to what has happened or when.

It may be temporary, but trouble has been taken to remove mention of the casino on the 10bet site. The sports betting seems to be functioning.

Something else has changed. You have the site listed as "10bet(dot)com, it's now "10bet(dot)co(dot)uk" Typing the dot com version causes a redirect to the co(dot)uk. This does not seem to happen from your links though, they fail "page not found" rather than redirecting. Same with the Google link. The problem may be that the redirect only works from the straight URL, trying to link to a page deeper in the site doesn't redirect, but fails "page not found".

Affiliates may not be getting credit either as their links might fail, and the player will navigate to the co(dot)uk via means that loses the tracking.

Another cock-up. It seems something is in the water of late.

It must be over 4 months now since I played there and I remember the casino was not accessible from the .co.uk domain but only the .com, or was it the other way around? I can't remember, but this is not a new issue.

I ended up just using my browser history to access the casino when it would disappear, that worked fine.

The law isn't in force yet, so WHY?

There is nothing to stop them from making a seamless transition.


To make matters worse, they haven't told anyone. This creates a potential problem where a UK customer's IP address doesn't geolocate correctly. They may still see the casino and play, thinking nothing has changed.


Is this merely the start of 6 months of jerking around for UK players as casinos, betting, and bingo vanish and reappear without notice nor reason, leaving UK players blaming their ISPs for blocking such sites prematurely.

What about players' money? With the casino suddenly gone, is UK player's money trapped in limbo, perhaps through having a casino specific WR to complete.

For 10Bet, will UK customers come back again, or will they have secured a UK license only to find their UK players have settled in elsewhere.

I dont really now how its going to work but uk customers can access there money throu the sports section and live chat,

Im guessing it will be down to the casino software operaters as the site is already under the uk gaming

I can't imagine why anyone would want to play their casino In the first place when there are so many better alternatives.

They don't even offer a way for you to check WR. The only option is to contact support which at times can take 15 minutes. They also take a long time to pay and will void winnings if you bet more than 5% of your bonus - which is very likely to happen if you ever win big and adjust your bets accordingly.

The same has happened with CasinoLuck. I can't access the site at all unless I use Hola to imitate an I.P from a different country.

Anyone else in the U.K having this problem?

10Bet told me last week they are shutting off to UK players for a while, but I thought they meant only NEW players, not existing ones.
I'm sure everything will be put straight pretty soon...

Well, the jerking around has begun

We are not being told anything, so can have no idea which casinos will vanish before they have to.

There is no reason why they can't carry on as before till December, as that is when the new laws come into effect.

Maybe Microgaming will give UK players a shock by suddenly shutting down those operators that have yet to get a UK casino license. It happened in Spain and Italy, and it was Microgaming jumping the gun each time rather than allowing operators to get the necessary license when the laws came into effect, and giving players a seamless transition.

So few casinos went for the UK license under the current regime, preferring instead to move to Malta, Alderney, or the IOM.

If they could just TELL UK players if and when there would be an interruption, we could plan ahead, and at least know not to worry when access to our accounts suddenly vanished.

Hey , sorry to bump old thread but I have a question about 10bet . Is it possible to forfeit the bonus on this site ? I took 100% 1st deposit bonus on a £75 deposit . Am sitting at £800 now after like 10 mins Or am I destined to try and beat WR Live chat isn't open atm and although I'm 95% sure I have to play on I just thought I would check here

You can't forfeit. Keep in mind, the maximum bet is as far as i know so please double check, less than 5% deposit or less than 6.25 lower applies.
