    Payed GoWild and got Played by GoWild

    Just a thing i need to get off my chest and i would like to share with you.

    Payed GoWild and got Played by GoWIld.....

    when started playing at gowild they forced me to play in euro's, dollars not alowed because im in europe.
    Not a real problem but i like to play/pay in dollars because most things i do is in dollars.
    and after a while playing at gowild(no problems/good service)
    "we" played a big tournament for days and finished in second place.

    and boy oh boy was i happy for 10 sec.......

    Not only did i win a nice amount.(tourney also cost a lot...)
    it was less than i thought because GoWIld calculated that the euro was all of a sudden 7ct cheaper.
    I also received a bonus in my acount with a sweet 30x playtrough worth more than 60% of my tourney win.
    so i can't cashout.
    now thats amazing where in the T/C's did i see that?
    I did not? oh well lets go to the Friendly Live Chat they wil help
    or not.... they claimed i used bonus money for the tournament(is not possible)
    and that was the reason why there was a part of the bonus i used left.
    I told them, i can't have used the bonus i received over my deposit for the tourney.
    Because it is NOT possible to use bonusmoney for a tourney.
    The system wil only alow you to pay/play a tourney if you have enough CASH on ur balance and takes the buyin/continue from the CASH balance.
    It is the bonus i used they keep on saying.
    You can't use bonus money for a tourney and my balance was zero at least 40 min before the tourney ended.
    They confirmed my balance was indeed zero at the time but i did use a bonus over the deposit made and i most have used the bonus also for the tourney.
    they where sure i used the bonus.
    than you try now and use bonus money in a tourney?
    There was nothing they could do they said besides that they would investigate this matter and the amount i received.
    1 mouse and 1 keyboard where replaced with a new set( it seems i hit the table with 2 fists at the same time)
    they where sure that it was the bonus i used because the system makes no mistakes.
    Only thing to do for me was keep on playing and they where sure i would reach the 30x playtrough and that when they reviewed the matter and in the rare event a mistake was made that GoWild would take CARE of the matter for 100%.
    thinking all would be fine this donkey went back playing and luckely by the time i reached the 30x playtrough i had pretty much the same amount left as i started with.
    (i had a few big wins on centercourt in the free spins, otherwise i would have lost big).
    made a withdrawal and received email from gowild that they where looking into the matter.
    24 hrs later i received my money and received another email saying that the system used a old Currency Exchange dollar/euro by "accident" and that they would pay the difference.The funds where placed in my casino acount.
    they needed more time to investegate the bonus but everything would be resolved.No worries.

    few emails, questions and weeks later they knew!
    that the due to a big delay in the system an error occured and that i indeed received a bonus by mistake.
    however since i did not stop playing and removed the tokens from my funds
    they are not able to look back and see what exactly happend and therefor there is nothing GoWild(GoStupid) can do in this matter.

    Removed the tokens? yeah what else?
    THEY told me to keep on playing to reach the playtrough? but they should have said do not cashout...
    They said that the system makes no mistakes and that they would take care of this matter in the rare event a error occurred.
    well, they told me it happend. now take care?

    already payed the difference?

    I pay an amount for a dollar in a tourney that is the same as i see on google's currency exchange $/€ that day/hour/minute/? and when they gotta pay me they use a currency exchange $/€ at least 6-7 days old? and when i complain they make it look like a favor to me?

    i told them in several emails what happend and what the live chat told me
    and they confirmed it all but they already payed the currency difference and there is nothing more they can do.

    difference yeah... without the damn bonus/playtrough i would have cashed out instant. "we" played/payed for days?
    And if i hit a big win i wanna cashout? i did not ask for the bonus?

    What do they mean with we can not see what happend after you removed the tokens from your funds.
    Nonsense. they can look back w/e they want.
    Youre own Friendly Live chat told me time and time again what i needed to do?

    altough i would not be suprised if in your case seeing how you screw people the sun can shine there.
    in fact i would not even be suprised if it is capable of having a solar system of its own.

    Crumbs, are GoWild THAT incompetent

    Even I, a PLAYER, know more about the MGS "back end" than THEY appear to do.

    It IS impossible to use a bonus amount to pay for a buy OR continue in a tournament, so they got this WRONG.

    Further, they say that because you played on, they can no longer check to see what happened - BOLLOCKS!!!! Playcheck - detail view = it's all there.

    KNOWN MGS software bug = sometimes the "back end" erroneously fails to recognise when an account has been "zeroed out", even when the player logs off at zero, and starts a fresh session to play without a bonus. This is a KNOWN ISSUE, and has been reported SEVERAL times.

    They are merely LAZY, and can't be arsed to trawl through what could be thousands of data records from Playcheck.

    Oddly enough, they CAN check what happened when they AUDIT FOR BONUS ABUSE. They can look at EACH BET, how much, win or lose, where & when placed, when it comes to checking the play was within the terms of the bonus.

    ...which is IRRELEVANT, because this is about a TOURNAMENT, and the software itself does not allow bonus money to be used to purchase an entry, nor a continue, so THERE IS NO NEED TO CHECK!!!!!

    GoWild don't know what they are doing, they can start by READING THE DAMN OPERATOR'S MANUAL! that comes with the software. It should TELL THEM that the software does not allow bonus balance to be used in a tournament.

    I can even PROVE IT!!!!!

    1) Get bonus chip, no cash balance.
    2) Attempt to buy tournament entry.
    3) Take screeshot of FAILURE ERROR MESSAGE.


    This comes hot on the heels of the "Serbian incident", where a raid on what is described as "one of our call centres" shut down the ENTIRE OPERATION!! This was no "call centre", it was HEAD OFFICE! The ONLY thing that escaped was the software, which was on servers based in Malta.
    Trust me, I'm a weatherman.

    i dont understand why they do this.
    they know they lost me as player because of this.
    if they would have said sorry mistake
    here is the cash u lost due to the playtrough
    i would have said ok thnx
    mistakes can happen.
    but no they lie and lie and lie even if you can prove they lie they always come up with the same anwser: that is how you see it......
    im so done with GoWild(GoMad).

    Got another story about them...
    i dont have prove for this one so believe it or not.

    While ago i had a meeting with a friend/webdesigner/webmaster
    i arrived there 30 min to earlie on a wednesday
    as i walked into his office i noticed he was in a live chat with GoWild
    he said he was there to claim the 100 free spins on break tha bank.
    as he went to get some cofee the operator was talking to him and he asked me to answer so i did.
    And this is what i saw......

    Something shady there , i first signed up there and they told me i had two accounts which i never opened two accounts and that i went against the t& c so if i play there im afraid if i won there they would say I went against t &c and hold my winnings ,I wont play there
