It's that time of year already to start putting together the Casinomeister Awards for 2011

The Only Awards that Matter

Best Casino - Worst Casino, Best Group - Worst Group, Best i-Gaming Rep - casino manager, worst etc., etc., etc.,

As always, I will entertain your suggestions and input here for what and who deserves what. And it's always good to have some new categories as well. :thumbsup:

The awards will be formulated from now until the end of the year and be announced the second week of January (as always). For the new members, this is a taste of what the Awards are all about:

Rival explained their suspicions of this player - that he was a potential fraudster, that he plays in concert with other players, and that he was associated with a banned affiliate. These may be issues that should be reckoned with - but the bottom line is the player didn't do anything wrong.

Limited casinos

As a US player, I have limited casino access, but I vote for the FreeSpin/CherryGold casino group. Decent promotions, good software, and good payouts (just watch out for conversion rates, sometimes the payouts were a bit short and I had to go on chat and get small reimbursements).

i have always found 3dice to be the most honest casino - they genuinely care about their players and take time to get to know them so you are not just a number but treated as a member of a family, their bonuses are by far the best and easiest to understand so no hidden surprises when you withdraw,
The players as well as support staff are lovely and i love my 3dice family soooooooooooo much
 
I know little about casinos but Betfair deserves a follow up from last year.

Best Poker Room: PokerStars - Unlike the others involved in Black Friday, PokerStars saw it as a speed bump, not a business destroying mess. They continue to be the #1 poker room.

Worst Poker Room: Cereus (Absolute Poker/Ultimate Bet) - Finally had their scam site exposed for what it was, an empty shell.

Fall From Grace: Full Tilt Poker - DOJ calls them a "Ponzi scheme" for paying themselves dividends out of player funds.

My vote will most definitly go to 3Dice Casino for best casino ever, best support is Ellen. I found this casino from your recommendations on this site and I'm so thankful. I came here after getting constantly ripped off from places like cool cat and cirrus. I appreciate all you do to keep internet casinos honest... :thumbsup:

3Dice has it! They are the BEST casino. The staff is friendly. Anna, the manager, is my favorite! I adore her. The staff is always available 24/7!!! They are extremely fair and when you win, they pay you very quickly - no hassles. I love them!!!!! :yahoo:
 
My vote as usual goes to 32Red best casino, and this year also best support, and best management. They somehow sharpened up on their support, and ANY problem there might be is solved on the spot every single time. Management is extremely professional, and in no way could I ever imagine a bad decision being made there.
Even if someone should want to, there is not one thing you can point your finger at here.
"Worst" categories I don't even want to TRY ... there's just too much going on, with too many places.

I don't have a lot to offer as I am still fairly new and can't play as much as I like.

I do choose 32 Red for best casino manager

I find that the group Belle Rock Entertainment to be quite good.

I'm not sure of all the specific groups the casino's using Playtec software are, but I do find that the majority of their support make a real effort to get to know you and don't mind jokeing around a bit and just being friendly. Their encouragement seems very truthful and genuine.
On the other hand, "And I Think There Should Be a Negative Award Added to the List (if not already there)". I find that way too many playtec casinos like to assualt you the second you come online. It can be very irritating if you're just checking on something and don't want to deposit. Some of these even interrupt you while in the middle of spins. Aaaarrrrgggg!

The only other vote I can think of at this moment is The Worst Casino Experience, or Fall From Grace, is City Club Casino. I loved playing there and actually managed to cash out one day with over 800.00 dollars using a deposit bonus. Well, the next time I went to play, I asked online support if they had any good deposit bonuses available, (which I do at all casinos) and she offered me 10 percent. So I asked if she could do any better and replied that that was one of the best bonuses you can get. So I told her that many at this time were give between 50 and 200 percent.
So she get's really rude and says that just because I got lucky once and won a bunch of money that I shouldn't even get any deposit bonus. Well I was so stunned to hear that, that I didn't know what to do next. So I told her that I would spend my money at a casino that appreciated all their customers, which included not just the ones that end up donating their money, but also the people who win also. She said fine and shut her chat.
So needless to say, I haven't been back since.

Speaking of software I give my vote for the best to Playtec, with Microgaming running a very close second.

If I think of anything else, I come back and post again.

How about a new category

Now of course this is my opinion, but what about something like, The Most "Geared to the Player" Casino

This casino appears to understand that the players are the reason they are in business. This casino treats it's players with respect and will openly address player suggestions regarding improvements and or concerns. This casino stands above the rest by showing players the Casino's RTP's on a continual updating basis. This casino understands that most players want to be be paid quickly and makes it a reality. This casino also realize that players demand instant gratification when it comes to customer support and therefore have live chat, a working phone number and respond to emails quickly. This casino understands that bad luck happens and has a virtual psychologist for one to vent to. This casino also understands that their players love free stuff, especially tournaments and that players can easily send gifts to other players almost instantaneously. In fact this casino is actually the most "Geared to the Player" Casino.

I vote for 3Dice (in case you were wondering).

Just a thought, but it seems that many good casinos may provide one or more of these items, but only one has pulled it all together into a single place. Thoughts anyone?

I've played pratically every casino under the sun...

Once upon a time, my favourites were 888 poker and Intercasino for years.... but I lost a ton of money on them so have been shopping for a new place to throw my money away...hehe:D

I've tried 3 Dice and though the people on it seem lovely, Im not really too keen on their games though.

I tried 32 Red, and All Slots Casino but my pc just doesnt like it, had too many software issues where it was forever crashing so eventually got fed up with it and took it off.

I've tried pratically all the casinos suggested on the Accredited list and the one I've stuck to so far is Bet 365, probably because I can play in my countries currency and it doesnt crash on me all the time which I found alot of online casinos did.

I also really like the games on High Noon, and when I have abit money and can afford (taking into consideration, that I have to pay over and above as my countries currency is not worth as much as the almighty american dollar), then I'd probably play on it more.

My latest casino which Im testing out is Platium Play casino because I like their games and they do New Zealand currency however their withdrawel methods are abit off putting so still thinking on that one.

So after all that, I really have 'No idea' which casino I most prefer.. lol Though at the moment, would have to be Bet365

More or less thinking out loud here but it might be possible for us to do a "Best Licensing Agency" (or some better name) thing this year. I've been collecting that kind of info this year on the PABs so ... it's a possibility.

I'm thinking we could do it as a straight ratio:
(# of PABs from casinos licensed by XYZ) ÷ (total number of casinos licensed by XYZ).
By this method of reckoning, low numbers are better because it means a low rate of complaints for XYZ's licensees.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments? Criticisms (preferably of the idea rather than of me personally ;) )?

Bet365,not able to use casino now in Australia, only sports. I have changed it to Grand Reef Online Casino as an alternative. Aristocrat banned Australia from playing Aristocrat game in Bet365 and other casino.
All Slots Casino

Best regular payout rate overall in various slot machine in order (reliable win and lose scenario from low to high volatile)
1. Bet 365 and Grand Reef Online Casino
2. Party Casino
3. Intercasino
4. All Slots Casino

Best withdrawal at a fastest rate is Bet365 and Party Casino. Took 3 days only into bank account.
I had few big wins with those two casino back then.

Worst Casino
Cool Cat < Rogue. Only paid to play small amount of money in account, payout rate is poor.
Cirrus Casino < Tested it but poor, never paid money in. Rogue as well.
Rival is the worst payout rate, unreliable win/lose scenario. RTG is 2nd worst unreliable payout rate.
Biggest free game was Rival cos payout rate was so low in regular game but in free game payout rate was very high.
RTG is well known to rogue problem and only some Rival one did happened too as mentioned in this website rogue list which I agreed with it pretty much so.

Some other casino prohibited Australia from playing going into pitch a b***h list for unhelpful/unfriendly way not to allow here and other country to play. :lolup: Just joking! It is according to law so thats understandable.

Best group: Club World group (they have always paid me in time and LOT of bonus, even when im ahed on all of them)

The best casino is Club World. They have always treated me with the upmost kindness and have been
very accomodating with any issues I might have.
They have prompt payouts and keep me updated through emails.
Love the sight hope they are around for a long time!!:)
 
So essentially, the message so far is take the 2010 awards and just change the year on the title :D

Seriously though it's good to see Virgin get some mentions as I think they are very good. Paddy Power and Bet365 too. I have also been very impressed with Fortune Lounge CSR too this year.

It's just so hard to argue with 32Red though. They just never put a foot wrong and when you ask for something they bend over backwards. An example from this year: I requested a Neteller cashout one time, changed my mind, emailed and asked if they could wire it via BACS instead. Not only did they do that, they did it by CHAPS (which also costs them more) and the money was literally in my UK bank account 2 hours later. You just can't beat that. Oh and they just won "Best Casino" at the EGR awards too btw. Finally.

Not sure where this fits in but one of my pet hates is getting charged to deposit at a casino! I can wear cashout charges over a certain amount but I would rarely go back and play somewhere who charges me to put money in.

Best casino for me simply has to be 32Red again. So it gets my vote. To be honest there are only a few casinos I play at these days having whittled down literally hundreds over the years. The way they treat any concerns or problems you have and do so with literally lightning speed. The CS staff also know their business, are obviously wel trained and as Simmo said wil bend over backwards to assist you in any way they can. Add to the fact that their promotions as of late have been given a serious upgrade and ive rarely seen a complaint against them. I also like the fact that any withdrawal made is done and paid by the next day. Well im totally in agreement with Simmo on this one.
Dash is pretty good too although I think they could improve on their promotions somewhat which are far too irregular in my opinion. As a follow up though I would say that AllSlots is worthy of a mention too. Worst casino softare for me this year would be by far RTG, they just seem to be sucking the life out of deposits these days, at least for me.

The best one is casino which dont get you deposit if you are flagged for something. Is that-one casino exist?
To many complaints on online casinos this year.
