It's really difficult getting the newsletter out on time during the summer months. Actually, summer "month" in Germany because that's about all it will last here - one month. Then it starts raining and everyone gets depressed. But when summer kicks in, the evenings are splendid. You can go bike riding with friends to tucked away Biergartens. You can chill out until late (it doesn't start to get dark until 10) drinking beer and being mellow. During the day - it's hot and sweaty, and it's easy to say "Ah, the hell with it - I'm going swimming!" But so much for that; I'm here my dear, bringing you cheer and perhaps a beer - so stay near.

The spammer is using at ISP in Brazil to send these messages which are totally deceptive and misleading.
The URL: familyrollcall.com/dl/check leads to a casino page that has been designed to cloak whoever is responsible for the casino. For the links "Fair Gaming" and "Completely Safe", you are forced to download the casino software. This is BS.
Well, I downloaded it and began the install - it's Vegas Red Casino - a Playtech casino that marketed by Casinopartners.com. This information was posted in our forum, and according to some forum members, it seems as though this has been going on for some time.
I hope that CasinoPartners.com takes immediate action and shuts down this affiliate's account. There is no room on the Internet for crap like this.

Goodlatte and Leach Bills may be combined and have been passed to the House for debate next month
Further details are now available on the surprise news that the Goodlatte and Leach Bills seeking to hamstring online gambling in the USA have been forwarded on for debate on the floor of the House of Representatives - effectively another step forward for this legislation.
Dennis Hastert, Republican Speaker of the House of Representatives, published the list of measures this week. "The American Values Agenda will defend America´s founding principles. Through this agenda, we will work to protect the faith of our people, the sanctity of life and freedoms outlined by our founding fathers," he said.
The two Bills have been included in the 'American Values Agenda´ being proposed by the majority Republicans in the House of Representatives. The party hopes it will energise conservative activists and voters ahead of the mid-term elections in November.
A Republican spokesperson has revealed that "it is likely" that a combined Goodlatte/Leach bill could be among the first of the bills to go before the full house, possibly in July.
Rep. Jim Leach, whose proposed bill HR 4411 seeks to add credit cards etc. to the list of illegal online gaming payment methods, is reported to be seeking to combine his proposal with that of Rep. Bob Goodlatte to avoid either Bill fouling the progress of the other. Unofficial reports suggest that a deal could be worked out in the near future with Goodlatte, whose bill HR 4777 seeks to modernise the Wire Act.
