This "host" file will include websites that are blocked from your computer. If you have a few moments, locate this file and open it with notepad. If this file has not been modified, it will be about 19 lines long, and will state the following:

You'll need to scroll down using the scrollbar on the right side to find these.
If this file has been modified to include these sites (or any sites for that matter), you will not be able to access these in your browser. You will receive a "website not found" error message instead.
Obviously, these casinos pissed someone off at Gambling Federation. Pissed them off enough to include malware in the Gambling Federation download, and to chance being caught and busted out. Well Gambling Federation can consider themselves busted out now.
One question comes to mind - why these three websites? Theblackjacktable.com is some non-descript gaming site belonging to casinosystems.com which is some no-name brand software (I believe) coming out of Costa Rica. Casinoxo is merely a directory sitting on a porno/casino server ULTSEARCH.COM. And Royal Dutch Casino? These guys use Digital Diamond software and are in the midst of being rogued - so perhaps GF is doing you a favor by blocking this site from your computer.
Favor or not, this is absolutely uncalled for. Players make the download and trust that the casinos are not doing funky things to their computers. Gambling Federation has just shot this sense of trust to smithereens. I should also note that this modification to my "host" file was not picked up by AdAware or McAffee when I did test downloads. I had no idea my computer was being messed with. I personally downloaded Golden Balls, Pink Lady Casino, and Commodore Casino this morning (my time) and the results were identical.
If you have downloaded GF software in the past, please check your "host" file, and remove the comments that may have been added.

After a day fishing in the ocean a fisherman is walking from the
pier carrying two lobsters in a bucket. He is approached by the
Game Warden who asks him for his fishing license.
Not having one the fisherman says to the warden, "I did not
catch these lobsters, they are my pets. Every day I come done
to the water and whistle and these lobsters jump out and I
take them for a walk only to return them at the end of the day."
The warden, not believing him, reminds him that it is illegal to
fish without a license.

believe me then watch," as he throws the lobsters back into the
water.
The warden says, "Now whistle to your lobsters and show me
