Dear Readers,

Well, I'm getting ready for the big International Casino Exhibition in
London next
week. Last year was great, and really I'm looking forward to this one.
London is a bitchin'
place too. Lots of stuff to do, and everyone speaks English which is a
relief for me.
Living in a little village in Northern Bavaria doesn't allow one to discus
the latest
episode of Friend's or the significance of the original Star Trek. And I'm
looking forward
to catching a couple of movies with the original soundtrack (Everything
here is dubbed;
you'd think you're watching a bad Godzilla movie).

Anyway, if you're going to be in "Londontown" next week and want to catch
up with the Casinomeister,
drop me a line and perhaps we can meet up. Til then, I'll be dreaming of
greasy fish 'n
chips and warm beer. Mmmmm.

Hungrily yours,

Bryan

2. And now for the humor...

The young bride approached her awaiting husband on their
wedding night and demanded $20 for their first lovemaking encounter.
In his highly aroused state, he readily agreed. This scenario was
repeated each time they made love for the next 30 years, he
assumed it was a cute way for her to buy new clothes, etc.

When she arrived home around noon one day, she found her
husband in a very disturbed and drunken state. Over the next few
minutes she heard him tell of the ravages of financial ruin coming
down on them as a result of corporate down sizing and it's effects on
them as a 50 year old executive and wife.

The calm-headed wife loaded him into her car and drove down
to the local hospital; pointing to that fine structure, she
informed him that he owned the land it was built on and that they
were paid $6000 per month rent. She handed him a bank book showing
deposits and interest for 12 years that totaled nearly $1 million
dollars.

Pointing across the parking lot she gestured toward the
local bank and handed him stock certificates worth nearly $2 million
dollars and informed him that he was also the largest stockholder of
the bank.

She told him that for 30 years she had charged him each
time they had sex, and all this was the results of her
investments.

By now he was very distraught and began beating his head
against the side of the car. She was amazed and asked him why he was
so seemingly disappointed at such good news.

He replied, "If I had known what you were doing, I would
have given you all of my business!

ha ha ha

thanks Stuart!

Casinomeister's Forum: Online Casinos: Player Privacy alert:
OCMA is back up
------------------------------------------------------------
By opa_mary (opa_mary) on Saturday, January 12, 2002 - 10:05
pm:

Probably as a result of the OPA dissolving, The Online
Casino Managers Association has been resurrected. This
association, founded by the owners of Magic Oasis/Windows
casinos Tony Friedman and Avi Goldman, will distribute
player information to member casinos.

 From www.onlinecasinomanagersassociation.org :
The Online Casino Managers Association is the first
organized forum of online casino operators, owners and
managers. The purpose of the organizaiton is to battle
player fraud through shared information as well as to
educate its members about dishonest and fraudulent
practicies in order to make online casinos a better places
for honest gamblers.

Every month hundreds of thousands of dollars are lost by
online casinos as the result of player fraud. The most
common scams are credit card based tricks. Scammers wonder
from one online casino to another in search of free money.
Once their tricks are dedected they move on to defraud
another casino.

Together by sharing information we can reduce fraud and stop
the con artists!

This organization was founded by several casino managers in
2000 to stop the wave of online casino fraud. Any casino
manager, owner or pit boss can be a member. Membership is
FREE.

MEMBERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING PRIVILIGES:
Access to casino cheaters' list
Access to the names of notorious chargebackers
Access to the list of online casino frauds/scams
Access to our regular online discussions

There's much more. check out what's going on here:

5. Online Casino Managers Association

Is this a joke, or what?

It's kinda funny, as soon as the OPA seemingly disbanded, the OCMA reared its
ugly head up once more. We thought that this "organization" had tucked its
tail between
its legs and scampered off to rogue heaven when the OPA put pressure on
this "entity"
to shut down last May. But it's back. What a coincidence that this happened
right when the
Online Players Association had shut its doors. The OPA was very vocal
against what the
OCMA was doing; and rightly so. Perhaps this is just a cyber "nose
thumbing" from a
somewhat defunct group.

This group, an association headed by Tony Friedman of Windows Casino fame,
offers these services:

"You can have access to our most up to date black list. It contains, the
names,
address, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and credit card numbers
of players who play fraudulently or charge back."

There is a list of about 79 sites, but only about 46 exist. And several of
these sites
are portals (what do portals need this information for?). I would recommend
that
everyone contact the casinos listed and tell them to cancel their
membership of this
organization. The sharing of credit card information goes against most
casinos' privacy
policies, as well as Firepay and Paypal's as well.

Now I am all for protecting one's business against scamming players who are
out to rip
casinos off, but this is taking it a bit too far. There are other ways in
which to conduct a
professional organization.

Dear Bryan Bailey!

Thank you for your application to become a member of the Online Casino
Managers
Association. Our administrator will evaluate it within a working day.

We only accept employees of functioning online casinos.

You are going to have access to lot of sensitive information, that we want to
keep from the general public. If you are using an email account that
contains a
domain name that is not a functioning online casino or sportsbook, your
application will not be accepted.

As soon as you are accepted we will send you an email.

Best regards,

Tony Friedman
