Hi, I very recently won just shy of 100k over the course of about 8 or 9 days playing roulette from a £500 deposit.

I withdrew amounts of £2000 and £4300, both of which went through into my bank fine. this was early when i was at about 20k

anyway fast forward to where Im at now, I requested 2 more withdrawals.
1 for £8000
2 for £3000

They haven't gone through stayed at pending for longer than previous an then I noticed an email asking for KYC,
And at this point my account is also suspended, unable to log in. I have spoke about it with them they say they just want documents.

Now i am able to produce documents, but this brings me onto my real issue of, I have been reading a lor on here about being self excluded from a company's sister site would also make you excluded from their site also. In doing so will also void your winnings and return deposit.

I am a little worried because upon doing research I find maybe 6 sister sites of which I have excluded from 1.

does this rule really apply and will I not get my 100K winnings.

Im not sure on which commission they are governed by but lets look at each scenario, if anyone has experienced this situation or have any advice.

NOTE - I have not yet sent documents nor have been informed of any issues.

Yes, technically they shouldn't have paid you anything, voided your bets and refunded deposits. It seems they haven't picked up on the sister account exclusion quick enough, but the KYC will, sadly for you, confirm it for them.

So they are oprated by the same company but I think the site I excluded from is MGC and not UKGC, would that make a difference?

is their any hope I could come out good from this, a loophole something I can look or or double check on or is it absolute doom and gloom.

Im going to be gutted, with such a big win being taken away.
thanks

I am listening to the casinomeister podcast, and I am haring him talk in 2021 about UKGC rules changing, and customers have to self exclude at every site across their the company, not just at the one sister site?

whats your take on this?

Why do people not say where they are playing at???
i think they are afraid of further consequences by releasing the name of the casino.

In reality, if the casino operates under a reliable license, nothing follows from publishing the name.

Fellow players can possibly help more if they know which casino it is

Turns out I qas mistaken the operator I played with is not linked to said site I am excluded from. They are differant operators, I think panic over?

As far as i Know..

If you are exluded for gamblingproblem and have talk to casino about it, then they void winning ma and refund your deposit.

But if you just closed your acount permently because of u where unhappy with something, or closed it by using responsible gambling tools on the site, then this rule dosent aplay on sistersite…
