Winz Casino, unacceptable to stall withdrawal for 3 days

how long this going to be? since Monday I keep getting massages 8 hrs for withdraw, 3 days later same massage, just let me know how long for you guys to fix the problem.. is unacceptable to hold withdrawal for 3 days with out no answer
p.s maybe you should let regular costumers know you having problem before they make deposit, not when they ask for cashout

not really Flagged them, all I wont to know whats going on with withdrawal, I did spoke to them on private after 12 hrs waiting they told me all payment will be normal on Tuesday, I even ask to cancel my withdraw they sad I cant
P.S, I never had any problem till this week on any withdrawal, but at list update costumers what is happen

Wish I was getting a massage every 8 hours. 😭 🤠

Looks like a payment processing issue. I think this may be happening at some of the Dama N.V. casinos - not sure. @justdoit - I am sure this issue will be resolved shortly. But perhaps the rep can let us know what's up.

There is likely an issue with CoinsPaid, and i saw it's been ongoing for a few days. The message from Bitstarz is unrelated to cashouts. Their message is to tell players to use a new crypto address when making deposits.
is easy to find out is crypto payment one click on blockchain they will know what is happen to each payment...
 
looks like their payment provider coinspaid got hacked

Firstly, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience, this kind of disruption is hard to plan for and we are doing everything that is possible to solve the outstanding transactions. We indeed rely on Coinspaid cryptoprocessing and they were attacked. They did suffer the loss, but despite that, we see they acted quickly and professionally to minimize the damage. Part of the efforts resulted in several transactions being stuck and we hope it gets resolved in 24 maximum 48 hours.

Outside of those stuck transactions, everything is now back to normal and as Coinspaid is a very responsible provider the event has had no financial impact on our customers or us (except the delays).

Again, we are truly sorry for all of that and we are pushing Coinspaid to sort everything out today, max tomorrow.

I have never played at your site, but it was tons of sites that had the issue.

It took 2 weeks for my payment from another casino to finally go through today.

It had nothing to do with you or your casino. Hundreds of casinos rely on Coinspaid. So hopefully everyone understands it was not an issue with your site. It was always a very reliable processor.

Hopefully the issues are now resolved and we can all put this behind us. GL to everyone that got stuck. I am happy I got my money finally.
