Not yet no Spintee,

As TivoliMatt said in his post announcing the changes he explained they will be live on Thursday (we hope). This small time from when agreed (today) to the change is to change the terms and all of the technical back office stuff needed to make sure it all works on the new bonus at the correct rates!

But we just couldn't wait to tell you all!

The fact is some slots are deemed high risk for a Casino, simple fact. You list many casino's who do not have this term, but there are also very many who also have this term too, many of them are already accredited and get good feedback on here.

I think you'll find that the slots that some casinos have a lower wagering contribution are actually the low volatile games, not the high ones.

An experienced player will play a bonus by first playing the high volatile games (such as Break Da Bank Again), then if and when they get a decent balance they'll then 'grind' through the wagering on a low volatile slot (such as bloodsuckers). so that high balance is maintained, to some extent.

The way you have it now is perfect for an experienced player to take advantage. because it doesn't really matter about the 0% or 25% on 'high risk' games. once they've had a good hit on the HV they then switch to the LV to grind through the WR, and since almost all of the LV games contribute 100%, It's even easier to complete the wagering than the other sites, who make restrictions.

Also, the site who restrict the contribution. it's usually 50% - 75%, not 0% or 25%.
Although some games are exempt from bonus play, but this isn't anything to do with the volatility. It's because wins can be accrued, and then collected later with a straight cash deposit (such as Devils Delight')

Thanks for the reply Keith.

I would agree that there are Casinos with similar terms. Reduced Wagering springs to mind at Betat for example. Betat do not tie funds and you are free to withdraw if you do not use bonus funds.

The reduced contribution doesn't phase me particularly because of other perks in place - Payment speed, weekend payouts, live help etc.

Every website has a particular flaw - Whether it be poor loyalty or lag BUT they mostly have good standards and perks.

I am glad that things are being changed for the better, however I still think your casino offers a rough deal to players. Do you have plans to introduce live chat?

In any event, I look forward to see new changes.

Nate

Yes for sure live chat is being planned, the General Manager and Head of Customer Support are currently speaking to potential software providers on this issue over the next period, it is something that will happen.

Withdrawals is another area we are looking to improve (well as far as speed is concerned).

We are a new Casino (only launched outside Denmark and as a whole independent operation), in August last year. This means we are not as big as others at the moment, we do not have as experienced staff base, so to have somebody available in evenings and weekends to thoroughly check and approve withdrawals, not yet, but soon.

My first company (Redbet) is from where many of you knew me, well when I started at Redbet many years ago we had 9 staff in the office, when I left it was 40+. When I joined Redbet did not have evening and weekend withdrawals, now you quoted them as a good example?

We will get there, but we wont run before we can walk as to do that we have to sacrifice something and that would often be quality, this is not an option for Tivoli and never will be. I hope you all understand, and join us on our journey.

Well i finally made my first deposit there last night :) everything runs very smooth
was missing couple of my fav games though like League of Fortune and Creature from the black lagoon :)
but there are couple of sites that dont allowed me the play CFTBL so that could be it.
also would be great to have a search bar. the way it is you have click few times to find a sudden game you wanna play, when leaving a game.

Hi,

The Creature From The Black Lagoon is not a game we offer at the moment on our site but I will include it in my notes along with League of Fortune when are looking on what new games to add. :)

Search option is something that we are very aware of and definitely something we will implement in the future! I am willing to put my head on the block about this one!

Very good question - I know it was a part of the original T&C's where we offered different bonuses for different markets. Let me get back to you with an answer when I've spoken to the higher powers. ;)

Can I opt out of bonuses when opening an account? I'd like to try the casino but have no interest in faffing around with welcome bonuses.

EDIT: I can, and did. Nice site, good selection of games.

New wagering for Tivoli casino

After complaining about 50 times wagering requirements, I got a message from Tivoli Casino today. Apparently, the wagering is now lowered to 40 times instead of 50 times. Please find the new rules below:

"We have made some further changes to the welcome pack, following on from the feedback we have received from both players and affiliates. We believe these changes are yet another positive step and give you a far more attractive offer to promote.

The changes are now live on TivoliCasino.com site, and an updated version of Welcome Bonus T&C’s is live. TivoliCasino.dk is unaffected.

a. All bonuses are subject to a wagering of 40 times. A change from 50 times
b. Max bet is lowered from €8 to €5.
c. High volatility games have been updated and now count for 0% towards wagering. Table games (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette) now also count for 0% towards wagering

New welcome bonus package:

i. 100% bonus up to EUR 100 + 21FS
ii. 25% bonus up to EUR 75 + 50FS
iii. 25% bonus up to EUR 125 + 100FS

What are high volatility games? If they mean high variance then surely those kind of games are perfect for players losing bonus money quickly :D

Agree. Perhaps they talk about a few slots with high volatility? All of the following are also not counting towards the wagering: Table games (Poker, Black Jack, Roulette).

I think you can find them on page 14.

In there are those games I play which mean I will never sign up here since I never could use a bonus.
A little sad but I guess they don't want me either. I could happen to win ;)

Update

I made a €100 deposit today, and refused the welcome bonus.
So far I've had lots of play time, a few big wins, and my balance sits at €800. I'll see what documentation I need to submit and get that all sorted tomorrow.
My only grips is the lack of CFTBL, which is my favourite NetEnt slot (yes, really lol). Aside from that I have no issues, but I'm not usually interested in bonuses anyway, which is the main problem with this casino.

EDIT: Make that €1,000. So far ;)

one question, do existing players get the new welcome bonus again? I know a shot in the dark lol

Hi Asadzareef,

As a general rule no, a welcome bonus is as the name says a welcome bonus and you accept (or decline) this offer when joining. However, this is Casinomeister land and strange things happen. If you message me your username and deposit amount I will apply the 100% (up to €100) bonus for you!

Have fun,
Keith :)

Withdrawing €1,000 now. Let's see what happens :eek2:

Ok. So the debit card I deposited with is not available to withdraw to.

Here we go *sigh*

Update

I had to withdraw via bank transfer, which I'm not entirely delighted about (I don't like entering my IBAN and BIC numbers etc anywhere online).
It says my withdrawal is complete though and I'll receive the money within 3 to 5 working days.

We shall see what happens :)

Im sure you'll have the money in a few days, its the same in denmark only bank withdraws available for us its usually 1-2days depending on the time of day you withdraw.

But why cant you guys add nemkonto for withdraws its alot easier than having to manual enter my bank info everytime.

A small good thing is your the only none MG casino that actually added golden era, hope you will keep up with adding all new MG slots in the future as its a huge mix who gets what right now so annoying you cant choose 1 casino for netent/mg but having to play difference places, cause i cba having 48hrs+ pending on MG casinos but have too when u wanna try the new MG slots.

toTivolimatt

I deposited 100 euro and took the welcome bonus. I hit some good wins within the first 100 euro. Didn't touch my bonus money. Now my balance is 400 euro. Am I allowed to withdraw 300 euro and than the bonus amount of 100 euro will be canceled?
