It wasn't a typo, at the time (when we started the Baptism) we had a wagering requirement on our welcome pack that varied by location, some players (well locations) had 80xWR.

We got some very firm and fast feedback so we changed the welcome pack (twice), with some terms changed or removed plus some changes like the fact all players now get a 40xWR no matter where you live!

Ya gotta uplift your sense of humour. Of course I know its not a typo. I was merely voicing out my displeasure in a teasing manner. A 40x WR looks more down-to-earth especially when you have so much competition around you. If you accept Hong Kong players and have ecocard as a depositing option I just might try you guys out.

Regarding the log in issue you experienced, does this happen for you via your iPhone, from computer of from both? I have experienced the same from my iPhone in the past and already sent it to the tech guys, but never from a computer - so just wanted to check. Needless to say - ill check up with them and see if they have any update regarding this.

It's from my Mac (desktop). I never had any issues logging in from my iPhone. It's not a huge problem, just a minor gripe.

I've had a blast at Tivoli today. Matt added a free chip to my account a few days ago (and sent me a PM reminder here).
Hit a few nice wins and had so much game time. Really cannot complain about the game I've had. However...

LOADS of games, LOADS of deposit options, Matt here is great to communicate with, Payouts (once quickly processed) are VERY fast.
I've withdrawn (I think) £1300 so far without any problem (aside from number 3 listed below). I trust this casino to do the right thing.


I do have gripes:

1. Takes multiple attempts to log in most times.

2. There is no search function for games. If I wish to play, for example, Dead or Alive... I have to click on Slot Machines, A-Z, then search through the pages until I get to where I think "D" will be in page numbers according to alphabetical order. Why not add a simple search function? :confused:

3. The only option NOT available for me to withdraw to is the ONLY option I've used to deposit (my VISA debit card) :mad:

4. I have a warning on my browser, that says: "The site is using outdated security settings that may prevent future versions of Chrome from being able to safely access it"
(this could be a simple false positive, or Google Chrome being too pedantic, but it's still a little unnerving)

The only one that really matters to me is number 3. Please for the love of all that is holy, fix this. Seriously. If I feel secure in the knowledge that I can withdraw quickly to my deposit option without issue, all the other gripes I've mentioned pale into insignificance, and I will continue to deposit willy-nilly. There is no better feeling for a player than winning and knowing you can happily withdraw at any moment and get paid quickly :)

All in all a very good casino, but held back (in my opinion) by some daft technical issues and bizarre omissions that the best casinos have as standard.

I was able to test them the last couple of days.

As Valhalla already mentioned, there is no option to search for certain games, so it is necessary to search the games (A-Z).

My withdrawal was processed very quickly however. KYC was done in less then 3 hours and money was then payed directly. My second withdrawal I ussued today, so I already had some luck.
From a technical point of view there is something else to improve. When you get the responsible gaming prompt after 1 hour you can not click yes/no if it asks you to stop playing, only two dots. I figure out that the left one is no, so that I can continue playing. This might also be an exclusive bug in the german version of the website.

All I can improve accredidation from what I have been experiencing so far. Also the german translation of the t&c and the website itself is very good probably by an native speaker.

I closed my account in tivolicasino a few weeks back, however I will say it was not because of any wrongdoing on the casino's behalf, but rather my occasional short temper (getting a 5% return on a session does that, though I completely understand it's nothing unusual). However I hope no one takes this as a critique towards them. On the contrary, I was always paid in time and I am positive I left with a positive balance and I really have little to no gripes.

What I will add though as some other player said so too, the login issue is/was annoying. I'm not aware is it on all OS/browsers, but I have win7 and chrome and having to log on twice was the rule, not the exception.

1. We are still looking into this one - I experience the same issue sometimes but I am unable to replicate it. Sometimes it logs me in first time, sometimes it needs a bit of convincing. I'm not sure what the status is but I forwarded it a while ago - will follow up on this one today!

2. Search function is being worked on! I agree it is a massively important feature to enhance our player experience on the site, so hopefully that will also be sorted soon.

3. I've sent you a PM about this one, and sent the screenshot to our payments department (fingers crossed they can figure it out!).

I've not seen the technical issue happen before - when I have tested the site I have always seen the text appear when the box pops up but I will test on our german site today and see if I get the same! Worth looking at!

Even though I've closed my account for 6 months (because the withdrawal issues I was individually facing were pissing me off, but I'm certain things will be ironed out in due course), I'm all for accreditation of Tivoli :thumbsup:
Everything else worked and the CS were great to communicate with. I do look forward to coming back to the fully accredited casino :)
