Hi Fun4all,

You can open an account just fine, UK is not a restricted country and we have a license with the GCC, you obviously will also be eligible for the full welcome bonus.

The issue is what I have just mentioned in another reply, at the moment we do not have multi currency. You have to deposit and withdraw in Euros, to and from any UK bank or card is fine but the transaction will be in Euro's. This then explains why gameplay and bonus amounts are counted in Euro's also.

That term is going to have to change. It's not up to the casino to determine what "leisure" is. Advantage players are a part of the casino industry and they need to be accepted whether one likes it or not.

The new welcome bonus only includes a 50x wagering for the bonus, your deposit is not included in the wagering!

I agree - its simply a case of wording it wrong. It means that when you deposit and receive a bonus the total amount will be locked until the wagering on the bonus is completed. So only a x50 wagering, and only on the bonus!

I thought the change of the welcome pack would be more significant, but sorry, compared to your competitors it´s very bad. I didnt even notice at first there even was a change.

50x wr on a bonus, and the freespins have a 60x wr?? Also if you give fs on starburst better give none, i dont think anybody appreciates 10cent fs on that game.

I would have liked to give tivoli a try but my mailbox is full of better offers, and these are no welcome bonuses. You should look at your competitors in regards of wr and bonuses. This Welcome Package of yours is more like a penalty, sorry

But You should of course not touch or do anything as you might end up burning it all if get to tempted. Its bad enough that you have to wait days for withdrawals to go through without the sites then sending you emails to " guarantee " your losses if you reverse the withdrawal and lose it all - note the all part as if you reverse but dont lose it all you wont have any guarantee. It shows that there are no morals or ethics, and that sites that " promote " responsible gambling are only paying lip service to it. They hold withdrawals in pending status for longer and longer times, and rub their hands with joy when a player weakens and reverses as they know that there is very little chance of the player having any funds left to withdraw.

The only way this could end up "well" for Tivoli, is if Publo is making stuff up, or that this was an offer he got after he requested a bonus on a reversal, or something like that

Allow me to address the emails regarding the insurance/cashback offer - It is something we recently started sending to our players, and the reason for it being that we had a fairly large portion of players who won, then reversed their withdrawals and immediately opted to self exclude afterwards (before we managed to process their withdrawals). It was a trend that we were sad to see (players self excluding) and we wanted to send out these emails as a form of safety net for players that ended up losing their funds and excluding themselves.

We always process withdrawals as quick as possible so it is not a scheme to try and keep withdrawals pending for as long as possible. I can definitely see that the offer might come across aggressive and look to entice players to reverse their withdrawals, which was not the intention. I'm personally sorry that you felt bad when receiving the email Publo, and ill take all the responsibility for that. I hope you can accept my apology.

From having been a VIP manager for a few other sites I knew this to be an offer many players valued - of course these players had a longer history at the casino and this was players who often came directly to me to ask for the bonus.

I have escalated all your feedback to management and recommended to stop sending them out.
