I have a friend who wants to buy a new laptop. Its really only be to be used for casino play particularly MG casinos but she doesnt want to spend a fortune on a comp. You can get some relatively cheap laptops these days from the likes of Tesco and that for under 300 quid. Question is will this type of priced laptop be suitable for running Microgaming?

The spec she has asked me will be suitable is

Intel Core i3 370M - 2.4 Ghz Speed
4Gb DDR3 Ram
Shared Intel GMA HD Graphics
750 GB Hard drive

Not an ideal spec I know but this is a far superior spec to what shes been using for the last few years, her screen is just on the way out.

That laptop should do just fine playing all kinds of casino games.

I have played on worse with good results as long as not to many other applications are running in the background etc.

The Spec is cool to run MGS / Playtech and RTG. She may run into a problem running NetEnt (IF She ever plays it) ... I have an OK spec Laptop with a 1Gb Nvidia Graphics card but NetEnt has a tendency of turning my fan on way too much for my liking. I think the Graphics are more intensive vs MGS.

She only plays at 32Red and Spin Palace so that should be fine. Thought it best to check with the forum before I advised her to get it. If I get it wrong ill likely disappear for good :D

I have found MGS to be processor intensive, and although they will work on a low spec machine, there might be issues with the graphical rendering which seems to rely heavily on the CPU rather than using the GPU. As such, integrated graphics might not be an issue. The CPU should be fine unless multiple games are launched, then the whole thing could grind to a halt as on my older PC.

my computer is much worst than that
and i 0play fine on all casinos
so that laptop is quit good enough for playing too

That was one of the things that I had been concerned about Vinyl whether or not shared graphics would cause a slowdown. Like you pointed out, the GPU SHOULD take most of the brunt but it doesnt which probably means playing one slot at a time should be no problem. She doesnt play multiple slots at once so thats not an issue.
