Spotify have released to their subscribers their Wrapped for 2023. Here is mine below. Yes I have listened to 25 days non stop of music, but hey I work from home, so have music playing pretty much all day. Plus 3 of my 5 most played artists I have seen live this year!

Due to copyright, 11 seconds in to 25 seconds there is no sound :-(

Ok, here are my stats:
  • 96 genres listened to
  • 5380 songs played
  • 39,426 minutes listened (27 days)
  • 3,905 artists listened to
  • Top 8% of listeners worldwide

That's nothing. I've listened to around 360 days' worth of music last year alone, and have had at least five wanks to Samoan Country Jazz, as I like to expand my horizons (among other things)

Hopefully I'll have completed the entire year next time of just music 24/7 👌

I listen to music.

Not really a fan of Spotify these days though. I've been going kind of backwards, I prefer to either stream my own local files or use physical media.

As for what I listen to, there's a forum thread that pretty much makes it clear (at least what I listen to when drinking).

I can safely say that I've never heard of a single one of those songs or artists. What does RWPL stand for?

Just found mine. I didnt listen as much this year as normal though. 2022 was better I think.

First initial of each founding band member's surname when they formed back in 1997. Only the W ( Kalle Wallner ) and the L ( Yogi Lang ) remain from the original line up.

Very well known on the Prog scene as are Arena and Sylvan to a lesser extent. Saw them four times in April when they were over in the UK as part of their European tour.

This is one of the videos I took ⬇️

To be fair though, I did listen to over 400 artists this year. Here currently are my top 12 listened to artists and bands over the past four weeks
