I'm in search of details about online casino free bet in the UK. Can anyone share insights or recommendations on platforms offering these promotions?

bit late this news, but I gave all registered players from this year yesterday a free bet

Still some. -Gamesy's still offer good value if you depo and play - average of 200 quid in 'free' cash a month, sometimes more sometimes less but they don't ask for bank statements for silly level withdrawals as well.

4 years ago and nothing recent, so must be doing something right now :p
Check last fine of entain, wasnt for wrong doing yesterday :)

But mate, im not sure what your problem is regarding us, we have updated a bunch of thresholds to start with. Secondly the main EDD questions are now tackled when a customer hits KYC threshold. We just ask a few questions, they submit, and thats it. If a customer would hit an EDD threshold after, we only require confirmation of what was submitted when KYC threshold is hit. Often sorted through bankstatement and/or payslip. Just let me know if you might have hit a previous threshold we no longer use, and i can sort your account.

Remember, for companies its also a matter of improvement down the road. We do our best to service customers to the max, but we also need to keep our license obligations in place. Why am I here for 10 years, not for only promoting our brands.

Gamesys, their Rainbow Riches when i was playing there was alright. No pressure ..., only once i got blocked, but 5-min phone call sorted it all out. They send different bonus offerings and payouts are within 30 min to a bank card. I remember they even kept their game RTPs at the highest, i don't know how's now.

But why, if it's that clear cut re bank statements and 2k depos and withdrawals does your group impose draconian interpretations of that and others not? Yes, i get others may take the punt and decide risk v reward but AFAIK there is no rule than 2k depos/w/ds mean bank statements/SOW.

One thing than confuses us players is the seemingly arbitrary thresholds used by companies if it's that obvious re the regulatory requirements - eg, i'm 30k at MrQ, 6k at Boyle Sports, 20k at Gamesys and probably 30k at Videoslots (bad example ? :p ) and never been asked for an RBS statement so hence why we find it odd when some casinos claim it's a requirement at 2k etc. Possible the others are wrong but in many ways moot - if they don't ask, i don't need to give

But yeah i hit the limit at your casino when, with 20-50 quid deposits which, given my consistent gameplay, i wasn't prepared to give

Appreciate your response, though

Agree mate, each company, different policy and we asked during audits/assesments many times to the UKGC to clarify the thresholds on their site. Not per company or so, just what to expect. Unfortunately the information is still generic.

We just dropped a video though on the logged in verification page, just to explain a bit more. Lets hope it creates a bit better understanding.

Just reach out by PM if you believe I can sort/help mate, its that simple!

I was poking around the website of CM’s competition last night and AI generated posts from this user were present throughout several threads. I have to add that the quality of what I saw there pales in comparison to that of CM.
