I hope I can get past Level 5 this promotion as no matter how much I play or deposit I cannot seem to get past a certain Level and I have been playing with Bitstarz for over 7 years. These promotions don’t work for small time gamblers.

Ubnless you are big time there is no way getting past level 8 or so. They should change it so that the smaller players which is 95% of their customers have a chance at something nicer

no chance pasting lvl 10 you need to spend 10000s of cash to get over lvl20, is no chance getting even closer to lvl40 maybe if u play on sponsor money like every streamer maybe u have chance

These promotions are only relevant to a select few of their entire player base and a big FU to all of us low rollers. I've made it to the cash rewards stage once and only because I was buying loads and loads of bonuses. And the rewards are so far away from reflecting the amounts wagered, it's just not worthwhile. You get far better than this in pretty much every casino around.
