I certainly see a max cash out and a maximum weekly/monthly withdrawal limit as different things. E.g. I could win 50K using a bonus of $25, and while entitled to the full amount, it will take several weeks to receive it all. This is very different than limiting the max cashout to 5x the bonus amount, where all I would be paid is $250.

Did you ever have any luck going down the MGA route? I’m getting into it with them at the minute. UKGC have been told but they don’t actually handle complaints. I can’t work out whether Progressplay do this is as standard or just on certain brands.

Nope I never played there again. They just gave me my money with a lot of stalling as far as I can remember. I don't play on progressplay casino's. Why should I? I'm wiser now (I think lol). Try their ADR instead of mga.
