I'm just an average dude who occasionally places bets on various events. I'm really just getting the feel of how some of these online sites work, and can easily see how things are not consumer friendly, and even criminal on some accounts. So many frustrating issues to discuss surrounding betting and online casinos. I look forward to learning and getting guidance on best practices moving forward. I'm middle aged, professional, and work in the human services field for a managed care organization in NC. I'm really curious about who these sites are accountable to and would advocate for them to have more if that made any difference.
